One night here before travelling home i was impressed with service, cleanliness and charm of the property, the staff were amazing even turned the heater on for me before I arrived as it was coldI will be back

We had a really enjoyable stay at this lovely little motel. It was in a perfect location for us, close to amenities and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and it was really quiet- hard to believe it was close to a main road. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived until we left the owners were very welcoming.
Helen made us feel welcome and nothing was too much bother.
Very quiet even though it is near a main road. 
The heater had been switched on for us so that the room was warm when we arrived. 

Ticked all the boxes for me great service by the owners.. Super comfy bed and comfy pillows.. No noise and great parking.. Good amenities and cofe with proper milk in a bottle.. Good Around 10 - husband is home - 54 Eriksen Road, Te Awa.. Well worth staying here.. No road noise.. Best sleep I ever had and I travel alot... Big Ups to the owners.. I highly recommend 

Stayed when we went to Brew Year's Eve concert at Brewtown.  Good location and relieving manager went out of her way to drop us off at the concert.  Excellent service and would happily stay there again.

Great place from which to do Remutaka bike ride. We needed a place to stay at the last minute and were made so welcome by Helen. Perfect room - clean, neat, had everything we needed and parking could not have been closer. A choice of nice places to eat not far away. Thank you

Partner and I spent a night at Bristol Motel when in town for a birthday. Staff were so accommodating and lovely, they had turned the heater on and preheated our room when we arrived as it was a chilly day! Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Above and beyond hospitality. Will definitely be back to stay in the future! :)

Very good motel. Accommodation is simple, as you would expect for a motel  in this price range, but spotlessly clean and well equipped. 
Very quiet location and the room was extremely comfortable.
We found the staff to be amazingly helpful and accommodating. 
There is also a laundry on-site which was very reasonable.
Couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in the area.

Clean, private and quiet. Friendly staff, great simple accommodation, exactly what I needed! 

The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature was fine, the room also came with sky tv, a blow dryer, tea and coffee facilities.

I found Helen & Barry at the Bristol to be friendly and helpful, my room was very clean and nice looking and a great bathroom. A quiet location being just off the main road. Plenty of roomy parking. Will definitely stay again when back in Wellington thanks

Clean, quiet & great location

Great stay highly recommended 

It was all good.  Clean, comfortable, quiet and off road safe parking.  Amenities were all good and as described.  Helpful and friendly hosts.  
A purely personal thing:  I would have liked a bit of brighter lighting, however, maybe I didn't find the correct switch.
Every thing else perfect and would deffo stay again.
Very handy - short walk to a great Indian take away and a short walk to Trentham station for trains into Welly.  Close to SH2.  All very convenient and easy to find.

Above & Beyond Service

Great rooms and great location. Close to everything and was awesome. Only downside is I’m a hot sleeper and with no AC or fan the weather turned muggy so I couldn’t sleep well but otherwise was great. The location is excellent a short walk or a short drive to most things. The rooms are quiet too. The motel was full but we didn’t hear any noise they were great in that aspect

Great motel

Had a great stay here with our room being clean and comfortable.... brilliant sleep  :) We had everything we needed and the location is very close to family as well as shopping facilities. If you're looking for dining with value, we would recommend Quin's Post, which is only a few minutes drive away. This motel has lovely, friendly hosts plus other guests were really considerate. We would definitely book here again. Thanks  :)  :)

Labour weekend stay

We've stayed at this motel several times over the years - we have family close by.  Our upgraded studio was ideal for our needs - lovely bathroom, comfy beds, plenty of comfort and the very latest in TVs.  
All the rooms have been updated in recent times.  The rooms are very attractive, conducive to a happy and comfy stay.  Neat!

Another Return Visit!

This is a small, 11 units motel. It is close to Upper Hutt city, train and bus routes.  It is very clean, very friendly and helpful staff and very quiet.  Our room was small but catered to all our needs, microwave, coffee plunger plus electric jug, and wine glasses and  a small table and chairs outside the room in the sun. thank you.

We are regulars at this hotel as are other extended family members. This time we stayed here for several days over Christmas. It is very well priced and the rooms are comfy and have everything you need in them. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential street just off the main road (Fergusson Drive) leading into Upper Hutt. Plenty of parking available if you have a trailer or boat etc. Rooms are serviced daily. We returned to stay in mid January for a another night and look forward to our next visit!.
