We were charged for an extra person even though we were 5 people in a 5 person room. Everything you looked at wasn’t in the right shape. Motel parking is awkward.

Thank you. The only thing that I need to address was the towel was not enough as I add one person. Plus the refund that they owed me it didn't come through. The place was good. Enough space but toiletry resources was not enough. For example towels and toilet paper.

The motel met my needs for a place to sleep. My room was larger than I expected / remembered booking so if you are looking for a motel with a full kitchen, this will meet your needs! The internet didn't work one day but otherwise it worked for a brief stop in Dunedin.

Older motel with large rooms

This is the best motel/hotel you will find in Dunedin. In my opinion, the rate/price is very cheap and the luxury and location is premium.

Reception was the most polite, lovely, warm, friendly I've ever encountered in New Zealand.

The housekeeping was daily, midday, and very polite, and efficient yet pristine clean.

The whole experience there was totally excellent. Cosy clean room. Polite, friendly, lovely staff. Great housekeeping. The design of the building was very ideal.

Extremely close to a dairy, university, grass field, and heaps of food outlets. 

The best place I've stayed in Dunedin and I've stayed in 5 hotel/motels so far. 

Also the neighbours were super friendly and polite across the fence.

The people who post negative reviews must be rude and overly entitled and is an unfair reflection on the quality.

The best motel in Dunedin! Luxury for a bargain price!

Handy for our purposes and cheap but a little tired and run down. Service was good. Did the job for us.Tight vehicle access.

Filthy bedding, furniture.  Stains on chairs. Pillow (singular) slab of foam which made sleeping impossible. Normally there is spare bedding. For the two nights we stayed, we paid extra for our non-shed dog, as that’s considered cleaning fee. There was no cleaning done during our stat only the bins emptied, as the teen I took with me removed so much dirt and rubbish between the couch cushions to find 2 x $1 coins. 
I was disappointed, as it’s so close to everything. But really shouldn’t be described as a motel.

Very budget motel - grimey 

The place is bad.  We travelled with dogs and yes, we get what’s left usually but this was the pits.  Asked if our dogs shed?  What would it matter with the carpet as is?  Everything is damaged.the doors are broken the light was missing a bulb - the entrance door had gaps underneath.  The blind in the kitchen was gross.
