While staying at the Hoog Holten Hotel, we chose to dine the second evening at this nearby Michelin Star restaurant. A very nice place, very friendly reception and service, professional advice and information about dishes and wines. Nice atmosphere and pleasurable contact with other patrons. We chose a 4 course surprise menu with a wine arrangement. The 3 course basic also appealed to us though. The various dishes were delicious and well built-up, the wine oirginal and very good, although somewhat pricy. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, that made good on the disappointment we experienced in the hotel Hoog Holten we stayed at. The first Dutch wine we ever tasted, from Maastricht, was a very pleasant surprise.
