Die Port van Cleve Hotel

This hotel was really great! The hotel itself felt high end and the service was so warm and friendly. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day and looked beautiful. The room was spacious as was the bathroom with its big walk in shower - great shower pressure too! They provide Rituals shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion which smelled beautiful! In the room you get a selection of teas and also coffee pods for the nespresso machine, they also provide bottled water each day and there is a small fridge which was super handy. There is a hairdryer but it’s not that powerful but that wasn’t an issue for us. All the staff were so so friendly and helpful, probably the nicest of anywhere I’ve stayed, they went above and beyond for us! The only very minor complaint would be the light on the stairs doesn’t turn off but again it’s not a big deal as it’s not at all bright. Fabulous hotel and would definitely stay again!!!
