It's a great place for a leisurely family vacation. It's quiet and clean. The room has everything you need: large comfortable beds, a kitchen, a table with chairs, a cabinet, a refrigerator, a teapot, also at our request the owners brought fans.

I really liked it.

Charming little apartment located on the Budva heights, about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. The owners live on the first floor of the house, which is very well stocked with vegetation. We were very kindly welcomed by the son or grandson of 13-14 years old who is obviously the only English speaker in the family. The room is made up of a large double bed, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bathroom with toilet, a TV and an air conditioner. Simple furniture but nothing lacks comfort. Cleanliness impeccable. A little bit more: (small size) in line with the terraced tenants. No panic, you will not be disturbed by your neighbors or beaten by the intimacy of the owners, I highly recommend the whole world, in a discreet way!

Very good accommodation!

We reserved three months in advance for 2 nights in early August.   However, when we arrived, it turned out that we would not be housed in the apartment we booked, but rather in the home of the owners, in two bedrooms with a kitchen and bathroom shared with the family.   They explained that they had expected us two days later, an “honest mistake”, which was “unpleasant for them and for us”.    In discussion however, it appeared that in fact they had an offer from someone else for a longer period of time, and simply decided to take us into the house for a bit of extra cash.    

The owners – an elderly couple, their daughter, and the daughters’ son -- were generally very pleasant, and offered us food, coffee and drink.       We did not like it that Grandpa made racist remarks in front of our children.      They offered also – repeatedly, which was irritating – to take us to the local hotel.     However, as we had only a limited time in Herceg Novi, we did not plan to spend all of our time negotiating alternate accommodation.

Upon leaving, we offered the full amount booked – 116 EUR for two nights – and to our surprise, they took all of it!     Not a bit of embarrassment at having delivered something completely different than originally offered.

We still are not sure at whether it was indeed an “honest mistake”, but we are 100% sure that, in such cases, the onus falls to the service-provider to acknowledge error, and not to regard the situation as “unpleasant for us and for you”, as if we were somehow equally in error.     The fact that they charged us the full amount with no embarrassment whatsoever was ridiculous.

We would not recommend staying here.
