**I cannot give a 3/4 star because of the service** I recently stayed at hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I found the parking situation a bit confusing. It wasn't clear where to park or if there was a valet service available. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a welcome beer, which was a nice touch. The staff brought me to my room and explained the amenities, but I was disappointed that they didn't offer to carry my bags. On the bright side, when I requested ice, I was informed that there was no ice machine, but they promptly delivered a large bag of ice to my room. The New Year's dinner at the hotel was okay, nothing exceptional. However, the service was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. They even moved me to a better table when there was a mix-up. There was also a mix-up at breakfast, but the hotel staff quickly resolved the issue by offering me a credit to use at their beach club. I must say, the service at the beach club was outstanding and the best I've had in a long time. Both female managers at the hotel were amazing beyond words, and I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional service. Although my overall stay wasn't perfect, I must commend the hotel for their ability to make things right. I was very impressed with their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
