We arrived around 11pm and the receptionist told us that our reservation was not there, as they had stopped working with Booking.com (which was strange since we had already done it and it was already charged).He communicated with the receptionist of the previous shift that he could not provide a solution and later communicated by telephone with the manager of the receptionist who was completely discredited for his lack of interest and attention to the guest, as he did not want to talk to us and give the face to solve the problem, after the receptionist insisted on his manager on many occasions to solve the incident, he agreed to authorize us to give him the room he said he would review the next day.The receptionist reportedly (no recollection) treated us to a very uncomfortable number, although the hotel was always uncomfortable and uncomfortable, and the price was not convenient, but it was difficult to avoid the inconvenience of the hotel.

Mala experiencia al Check In is not enough.

Breakfast really poor, staff really impolite. The rooms are ok but is too expensive for what it is. Internet doesn't work at all. The location is horrible, in this neighbourhood you don't have anything: far from the beach, far from the center and no restaurants around.

I arrived the night before I went to the airport. Good location.Hotel well maintained and cheap.The only problem was that our first floor room had a bathroom with a terrible bad smell.On the day of departure we received an email from the hotel to inform us that rooms were unavailable canceling the booking but we had already stayed there.??!

Good for the airport.

It is clean and the rooms, although small, are air-conditioned, keep in mind that if it is a small hotel away from the center or the mall, there are not many things nearby, in addition to the fact that the streets around it are quite dark.

For one night.

Although not located near the action of the Malecon, this hotel does nicely if you're just travelling through. 

It's clean and comfortable. It offers parking that's semi secured and the owner is very friendly. 

Rooms have modern bathrooms, tv and A/C. 

If you're driving, the Malacon is less than 10 min away.  Also close to a couple of malls, fast food outlets, Walmart and Starbucks.

decided to find another hotel because they would not allow me to use the restroom till i booked my room. it looked nice maybe because i speak only a little Spanish they thought i only needed to use the restroom but it was a little odd they didn't allow me to use there toilet..

Ran in to this hotel to use the restroom before getting my room and they would not let me use the restroom.

Excellent hotel, clean and the staff is very friendly. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is a bit confusing, but accessible for transportation by taxi or truck. Also the staff was very attentive in recommending places to eat and have fun.
