Suites Chapultepec

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Extremely nice. Place was super clean and safe. Location is close to markets and other places to see.

Our stay was better than expected. The price point was perfect, the room was spotless clean and it was walking distance to the Centro, the cathedral and many other downtown sights.  Zapopan and tlachepache were just a 15 to 30 minute Uber ride, depending on the traffic.  Uber is easy and inexpensive to use. This hotel is highly recommended.  Included a nice filling breakfast and the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The staff was very sweet; they did speak a little English but seemed relieved I was fluent in Spanish. It’s not a luxury hotel but they do a good job with what they have, and it’s a great value for the price. Was very happy with the coffee shop downstairs and the many restaurants & farmacia just a few blocks away. The neighborhood looks rougher than it actually feels, it gets very quiet at night. I can understand if your main purpose was to sightsee, you might want to stay closer to the cathedral. But for me it worked out well to be an easy walk halfway between the cathedral area & Avenida Chapultepec. Uber drivers were plentiful once I developed blisters from all the walking. ;-)

The staff was very friendly and the hotel had everything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel cafe. If you don't mind walking, the hotel is between the historical area and Chapultepec, so you won't need a taxi to get to either.

Clean rooms. Exceptional service. Beyond exceptional.  They actually remembered me from 2 years ago.  Great place and awesome 24 hour food service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was ok. Easy walking distance to a store and a few local food places. The bed wasn't very comfortable, very hard. There wasn't any WiFi which I found surprising for a hotel in a big city. The cable TV was great. Amazing hot water in the shower! The elevator was greatly appreciated. The whole room could do with a good scrub, the walls, doors and windows were all a little grungy, but nothing major.

The staff was very helpful through it all. They help me over the phone w my reservation and the day of my check in the lady at front desk was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the city she gave us tips and information about where to eat and places to visit. The hotel it’s just within couple blocks from the city downtown.

Staff was very helpful throughout it all. I call before booking  and they were very attentive; once we did our check in the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly she even give us some tips of what to eat an visit during our stay in the city.

It’s a modest hotel but very clean and great price deal.

This was one of the better small hotels I stayed at during my trip to Guadalajara and Puerta Vallarta. The room was small, but clean and the service good. I especially enjoyed the friendly staff and assistance they gave me. The location was OK but a long walking distance from el Centro. Even so, busses run frequently and you ride for only 7 pesos (about $0.39 USD).

A pleasant four day stay at Suites Chapultepec

Basic, clean and friendly

The wife and I had a wonderful and exciting time staying at Suites Chapultepec, the staff (Arturo & Jonathan) were extremely helpful and courteous. They made our stay at the hotel easy and accommodating. The location of the hotel was ideal for us, half a mile away from the center of Guadalajara and half a mile away from Avenida Chapultepec for a night out on the town for those who enjoy the nightlife. You can always walk up to the rooftop and take in the views of the cathedral and other temples and historical buildings. Extremely pleased with the services and I cannot stop raving about the coffee that Suites Chapultepec offers its visitors at their adjoining coffee shop. Will definitely seek them out for our next trip into Guadalajara. Durak and staff are definitely worth it.

An ideal location for a weekend trip!

We stayed at Suites Chapultepec the night before an appointment at the U.S. Consulate, which was about a 15 minute walk away. Our room was spotlessly clean. They have about 3 parking spots on the street in front of the hotel, plus an arrangement with a parking garage just down the street. The parking garage was full when we checked in, but I was able to park there after 9 p.m.

We were traveling with an infant son and a lot of 'stuff.' The room we stayed in, with a king-size bed on the third floor, didn't have a lot of room for all our stuff.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

A really great little hotel in center is town, seems like a family run place. Super nice staff the room was small but very clean and comfortable. Everything seems new. On my first day wifi was not working in room, the owner called me personally and told me he would get on it. Next day wifi was working perfectly, amazing service and attention to detail. Secured parking lot is half a block away and hotel has a little coffee bar on the corner with great expresso and treats. Will definitely go back! Thank you.
