No TV service  during whole stay, shampoo only provided once, hairs left everywhere, room cleaning service needs improvement good location

I find this hotel very convenient to all major locations and within walking distance from restaurants, churches and shopping. The room is very clean as well as the linens and pillows. The air-conditioning works well and very quiet. I don't understand why this hotel was so underrated. The staff are all nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel for everybody.

Close to lots of places to eat, shop, and visit. No elevator

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.I did not like the fact that I did not have enough towels for everyone in the room, the shower did not have a curtain the water went all over the place; the door knob on the bathroom was busted and did not close.  the beds were old and very hard.

Good location. The problem could not rest much noise! Noises at the reception. Noise people entering through hallways. Voice loud. Noise x some machines that are close to the living room Unfortunately I could not sleep well. The rest of the room is generally fine.

Poor experience

Quiet place, walking distance from city center.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable however the water running from the shower and sink smells horrible. The hotel staff is very inconsiderate, screaming throughout the hallways and knocking on doors very early in the morning. Each day we are woken up several times by a woman screaming “buenos dias” and knocking on all the doors. To add on to that, there is a lot of noise in the morning- sounds of loud voices talking- which im assuming is the staff screaming back and forth to each other. If you wake up at 8am, then this wont be an issue for you… but if you’re a person who sleeps in, you will be extremely unhappy every day.

Not great

The internet never worked, the cleanliness was not consistent, as the staff were nice people but most of them didn't even respond to greetings. And for a while we fought with the water service in the room. So much to drink (they offered us bottled water, never was) are sadly not up to what they offer. It's a pity because they could seem to have a much better service, but maybe they don't care. I don't even meet what rating they give them. (Although I'm sure they wouldn't care too much) I hope they can someday have an honest and quality service.

Complaint about a service that is not up to par with what they offer in a Latin hotel.
