well  i  have  people  complain  about   this  hotel   since  i  stayed  there  but  i  was  very  happy   right  in  the  centre  old  the    old  city   could  not  be   a better  location   
i  walked  all  over    that  nite   beautiful   area  lots  of  restaurants    churches    bars  nitelife    i  loved  it   
  my  room   was   big  the  bed   was   as   good   as   any in  mexico    and  if  you have  travelled  in  mexico  you  know  what  i  mean

well  got  to  town  late   and  dark   and  found  this  place

I've been staying at that hotel for 14 years because we have credit there. once there was a breakdown in a hotel restaurant with my family, if my daughter was intoxicated by eating chicken in bad condition, they molested me but responded to us without any problem for the expenses, I see it as an isolated case and they took appropriate precautions.

Clean hotel, cheap.

We chose this hotel, because we came from a trip from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, by the highway that comes from Mazatlan, we were only going to be one night off to continue our journey to Chihuahua, Chihuahua, but what was our surprise when at night a group of people turned on their music outrageously, called the reception desk, said they were going to put a remedy, but they didn't, other guests also complained, on delivering the room, the receptionist unwillingly received the key, not even saying good morning.

Noisy hotels, unsecured, allowing for the passage of scandalous people.

A very hospitable stay, delicious food and very affordable prices, the place is very safe, comfortable and quiet! If I highly recommend you, it is beautiful! We had an incredibly good time, the beautiful Christmas decorations with an almost real size birth, at night lit with some divine lights that illuminate the entire hotel!!!!!!!

We arrived from the mountains wet and dirty.The desk manager ,who spoke 
perfect english immediately had four bellmen get our things sent to the 
room,and before we could tip them, a plate of fresh fruit and bottled 
water arrived. 
 The rooms were comfortable. the only dissapointment was that the water pressure was a dribble in the shower. We were told that it was temporary. 
 Breakfast was great with mounds of fried "papas"or potatoes and sausage. Overall it was more than we expected for about 50 bucks/night.
