Food: Awesome!!!! Especially I like the spagetti bolognaise, the taste exactly like  I had in Italy! I can feel the hospitality from kitchen and F&B staffs~

Overall: nice sandy beach with stunning view, you can choose this resort with budget price, then walk to famous sandy beach Summer Bay via jungle trail.

I had fun to go diving with the d'coconut dive master. He is so funny and caring. He care about your condition when go to underwater and he let us hang around and chit chat with him like a friend he did.

My trip there amazing . The place I like the most is the dive center because people there you can enjoy and have a blast . The customer service was very good and the dive masters there was caring and very nice to others I really enjoyed it

I was staying with my husband and my daughter age 11 from 28 -30th April. It was a great experience with a beautiful beachview from my spacious room and a very helpful and friendly staff. From the receptionist name Alysha and also the tour guide and even the beach boy and all the gardener is very friendly and sure to be able to help you. The food can be improve a lot but it is not that bad. Will sure come again next time.

Just came back from LanG Tengah for 3D2N. We were group of 3 staying at D'coconut Lagoon (west wing).

The Island - there are only 4 hotels at the island and not all at the same beach. When you reached the island you will be seeing crystal clear water. D'coconut is situated at the other side of the island and you can walk (through the jungle - 5 mins walking) to visit the other resorts / beach. If you want to see baby sharks at night, head to Sari Pacifica's jetty ;)

The hospitality - Mr Anuar greeted us upon arriving at the hotel lobby and the staff will helped you with your bags and luggage. The check in process was okay and Mr Anuar will give a short briefing on rules of the hotel and itinerary. The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. 

The room - we stayed in Cabana rooms. You can see the beach directly from your balcony. We purposely choose this room just for the view. Unfortunately, D'coconut should really pay attention to cleanliness of their resort. Our room was not entirely 'okay' with the price we paid. The bed was so sandy even under the duvet :/ The toilet did not cleaned properly. I think they do not have dedicated housekeepers to take care of the rooms. So we only used the room to sleep at night. The rest of the time, we spent our time outside. 

The food - they served buffet for all meal with limited choice. However, the food were incredibly delicious! Kudos to the chef and team. Your dining area will be facing the beach, something that you will be misisng once you are back. 

The beach - since the west wing of the resort only has limited number of rooms, you will hardly see people at the beach. As if you are at the private island. And the beach was so breezy and you will not be sweating because of the breeziness unlike like the other side of the island. You can also kayak if you want. 

The experience- on our first night, we were lucky we get to see the turtle laying 136 eggs. Tell Mr Anuar to inform you if there is a turtle coming to the island!  At lang tengah it is a perfect place for stargazing and seeing blue tears along the beach. Ask the staff to show you around :) You wil get complimentary of 2 snorkeling trips together with the package you signed up. They will also bring you to see the baby sharks near the beach at the summer bay resort. 

Overall, we had the best time in Lang Tengah. Although it is a small island but you will get a handful of experience throughout your stay. If you are looking for a peaceful and serenity, you should definitely come here. From Redang, Pulau Perhentian this is by far the best island  I have experienced.

The beach is AMAZING. It's a small stretch but not overly populated. In fact at any one time there is less than 10 people occupying it. Plenty of piece and quiet at this resort. The staff are all very helpful and hardworking and try their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The bathrooms may need a little upgrade but you still get your basic shower, hot water and plenty of room to do whatever you would need to do in a bathroom. We took the cabana which was facing the beach. Was wonderful to wake up every morning to this beautiful scenary and the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. Highly recommended by me!!

The good
1) The resort is very quiet with secluded lagoons
2) Staffs are very friendly and attentive to requests

The bad
1) Room cleanliness can be improved
2) There are no facilities at the resort
3) Resort surrounding has run down and needs renovation
4) Possibility of no buffet meals during low season with low occupancy 

The resort with a reasonable price that offers a quiet stay

3/5 - rooms very clean and pool very good - right on beach which is nearly private it is so quiet - we stayed in west wing and were very happy 

Cons - we went B&B and to order dinner each day was hard as many things in the menu were not available! The bar at night was nice but resort was quiet and we were only ones there - not resorts fault but something to keep in mind 

We walked through abandoned resort to go to summer bay for lunch most days

Great pool and sea

Room
Our room air cond is leaking after turning it on we are in the room. It took quite some time to maintenance to fix it. Feels like manpower is lacking. 

Diving
2 diving instructors are very good. However, the diving equipment are lacking. The boats of the island broke down when we are out on sea. 

Meals
Meals are delicious because you are too tired and hungry after the activity :p

Needs more improvements

This hotel and this place could be a one star place for you or 5 star place, depends on your needs for a nice trips.
I start with 1 star service and places. The nightmare part in this hotel is bathroom. The bathroom is the worse part of your room. We changed the room 2 times but the quality and cleanliness of the bathroom was same and worse. It is too dirty and smelly.  Everything is too old and rusty and needs to be clean very well. 
The 2 star part of this hotel is the meals. Quality and variety is low and the type of the foods are mostly Malaysian.
The 3 star part is the room. Eventhough the room is a bit old but still is not that bad and axceptable. We stayed in Executive superior room for 3 nights and the room quality and view is 3 star.
I would give 4 star to the staff. They are so friendly and kind and try to make you happy all the time. Once we ask reception to change the room she did it quickly and gave us a nice room with great pool and sea view. The number of the staff are very low even less than 10 persons and that's one of the reason of the lack of cleanliness in some part of the hotel. But generally speaking I will give 4 star to the staff of this hotel. Also the dive center and the manager of dive center is a nice guy (Joe). He is so friendly and helpfull. I really enjoyed the time that I had passed in the dive center.
5 star part of the hotel is the pool, beach and the sea. It is amazing and wonderful. So quiet and peacful place. You can enjoy the beauty of the beach and the sea and enjoy the place for the whole day. 
The staff every day clean the beach.
Generally speaking, this place has all the stars for different services. It could be a nighmare or a wonderful trip for you depends on your expectation abou your trip. 
Also bear in mind that U mobile is not functioning there and hotel dosen't have any WIFI at all. So needs to have Celcom sim card for Internet. We had Umobile only and had to but Celcome from Summerbay hotel from the other side of the island.
In total I will give this hotel 3 star.
