Total 7 people stay 2 nights here. Warm welcome. Clean room/bathroom and nice atmosphere. Good security door. 
Nice drawing on the wall. 
Near to central, a lot food stall / restaurant nearby. Very convenience. Just need to keep quite, you can hear the people walking outside.
You get what you paid.
Strongly recommend for budgeted traveler.

this is my first experience with the mix dorm n it turns out nice
met som nice ppl at the place n the receptionist is very friendly n helpful
the atmosphere of the place is very comfortable n friendly
clean bed and restrooms with smooth wifi
but have to b walk softly as the floor is in wooden form and the rooms are not so sound proof so will need to be low for the other guest to get better rest
location is good, around 10 mins walk from komtar (easy to buses), there's nice food for dinner near the place as well

even let me put my bags in the guesthouse even i've checked out a day before tat, very helpful of them 
will go back to this place next time visiting penang again :)

Spent 2 nights at this lovely hostel. My first time staying in a dormitory! It was clean with comfortable bed. Shared bathrooms were very well-maintained and clean.

Staff were not very attentive / interactive, not even a simple "Good morning!" but solely focused on the phone.

The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and have hot water. Wifi is a little slow depending on what room you get. The dorm room bunk beds are so creeky though, if the person below you twitches their leg, the bed above shakes like there's an earthquake. Pretty annoying at night and the rooms are separated by a thin piece of wood, so the noise levels can get quite high (especially with the main tourist contingent of Georgetown being Chinese). Also the breakfast is just toast and bad jam. Other than that, a really nice hostel with good location. Ask a taxi to take you to Kimberley Road and it's opposite a budget hotel; they really need to invest in a larger sign.

Great little hostel

Lovely and Clean Room, Staff Attitude to be Improved

Nothing outstanding. Location on outskirts of Georgetown, walking distance. The road is a bit creepy at night. Comfortable enough stay in the double room with attached bathroom, clean, quiet. Design and decorations are interesting but have seen better. Would say that it's your average hostel.
