I did a late check in around 11 pm. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious compared to other budget hotels. They clean the rooms daily unless you put up the do not disturb sign. The place is near the tourist area but still very quiet. It is also near the bus stops. Walking tours are feasible because of its central location. On my day 1, i did a walking tour that i found at the macau tourism website You may also add the app. You can play the audio file while you are in the area. Just like when you have your personal tour guide. On my 2nd day i did the ruins of St Paul's and walked up to Camoes Garden. From there I rode the bus going to the Macau arts museum area. I just continued to follow the walking tour maps.  On day 3 i did the taipa tour, still following the maps. And then i booked my self an open deck night bus tour around macau.  I even managed a day tour to Hongkong. I was back at the hotel by 11pm.
