cozy and clean room for a good price in a wonderful corner of nature. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay - large bed, warm water, air conditioning , kettle, free parking, there are a couple of restaurants nearby, the possibility of boating. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cozy and clean room for a good price

A typical 2 star. Room acceptable and basic renovation obviously ongoing. It is a pity the property is sited behind old run-down marina buildings and the view advertised  of marina and inland sea is not as good as indicated.
Bar and restaurant not used and staff suggested we ate/- drank at adjacent place as they offered only basic sustinance.
Staff excellent and in truth one cannot really complain about the place and with a little more investment this could be a great retreat for boaty folk.
There are cheaper options  nearer the city.

The marina restaurant at the entrance to the carpark was very good and also reasonably priced wih varied menu and pleasant ambience.

Okay location to get away to a marina type setting

Found on wikitravel, sent an email to book, they responded with "One double room cost 80LT , 130LT, 150LT. You should choose the price you want" without any info what the difference between these is. So I booked the cheapest option. When we arrived the receptionist said that surely we want to have a look at the room first. So we did. The 80LT room was very very shabby on the floor that seemed to be in the middle of renovation and stank of tobacco. We upgraded to 150LT non-smoker room. It was passable, yet water in the bathroom was just a trickle and shower drain was clogged, and evidently for a long while -- the shower door was rotten at the bottom. When I couldn't find their free wifi and told so at the reception, the response was "so far nobody had a problem."

The upgrade was basic bait and switch.
The pricier room was bad value for money, supposedly you can get a base room in a nice hotel in the center at that price.
Cheaper room is only suitable for single tired dirty sailors.

In terrible need of TLC

We've stayed in the motel for a couple of nights. Found it on the net and expected it to be a quiet, inexpensive location away from the town centre. I think some of the rooms were renovated, ours however was less expensive, very basic and totally run down, especially the bathroom.

We've had some problems finding the motel. The parking lot was shared with some nearby clubs so at times it was busy and difficult to find a slot. I think you need a car to use this location as a base for Kaunas.

The staff was nice, spoke English and accepted cards for payment.  The place however was not that quiet at nights as we would expect. No breakfast was offered, but there are some restaurants nearby (not sure if serving breakfasts).

While our experience was not that negative, the facility was very basic, much more than I'd be usually prepared to accept. I would not stay there again.
