Casa Vacanze Caccamo Santa Lucia

We stayed just one night here, arrived late and had some difficulty finding the apartment -- not the fault of our host just our error to arrive in Caccamo in the dark! But our host soon arrived to help show us where to park our car nearby, and assist with our suitcases. It WAS a very steep walk to reach the apartment via several flights of steps and narrow walkways. But the apartment was excellent. Well equipped with everything required to make our stay a pleasure. The apartment was spacious, with a sitting & dining area, a comfortable bedroom with extra bedding if required, and an excellent separate bathroom. Spotlessly clean throughout too. Our host suggested a nearby restaurant that was outstanding. One of the unexpected pleasures of our stay was the amazing view that we enjoyed from the front door of the apartment, gazing at the Norman castle across the way -- floodlit at night and in the morning sun.
