Mail/Phone/WhatsApp... everything worked and Q&A handled swiftly with pro support from Anna Maria on the location. The appartments are great. Kitchen, bath, living-room etc. very nice and very clean. It is very clear that the location is kept daily, with staff always cleaning or maintaining and if questions, Anna Maria is either physical available or only a quick call away. We should also mention a very nice pool with the perfect temperature! Outside the residence, the very nice beach, restaurants, Palermo etc. are easy accessible either from walking or local transport. We were ONE big family consolidated from 3 families in 3 appartments... excellent to be able to be both alone, but also together. This place is highly recommendable. Thank you VERY much! (BTW: Wifi was ALSO very good :-))
