I booked a room in this hotel on November 28 and 29, so for one night. The perfect location, very central 5 minutes walk from the city center. The only new thing: the correctness and transparency of the staff. I had booked through Booking also to have advantages through this app. The girl who welcomed us to the reception allowed herself, with the excuse of applying a higher discount, to cancel my booking via the app installed on my phone and to my dismay (because I would have advantages and disadvantages on booking after that booking), I'm interested in taking the room back for another date (exactly one day away from my month of residence, 28 and 29 December!) which I couldn't afford by returning to the room because I could have used my booking right up until the next day.

Not advised!

We were locked out of the room door several times because of the faulty lock, and the cleaning lady left the window of our room open (looking over the balcony shared with another room).

It sucks, it's indecent

It's a bad experience to forget, the mattress is so worn out that you sleep on the net, the common bathrooms are worse than the autogrills, the doors to the rooms and entrance are on display at the museum.

For Charity

Unfortunately bad experience, it's not a real hostel, check in place and go to sleep in another. The bathroom is dirty, the sink doesn't work well, a bathroom (there are only two) had no key. Then the next day I couldn't get out of my room, the lock was locked. from nightmare.

Only the reception staff is kind.

The sheets weren't very clean and the smell of smoke was nauseating. Maximum courtesy and staff availability, with a little extra hygiene would be much better.

Low price but very low hygiene

We are very comfortable at the train station, so it is great if you arrive late at night. For the price they ask for its service. You can't claim who knows what service but the rooms are clean, the hallway is new and just renovated like the central bathroom.

I'm going to...

I never wrote a negative review regarding hotels / guest house. But this one is extremly exagerating!!

1) Not enough hot water for all of the residents, you must compete with others who will reach some hot water first!

2) We cant use the A/c's heater because it cuts out the electricity due to overloading. The funny thing is that the electricity box is in room 1 and the receptionist told me to go myself knock room 1 and ask them to switch on the electricity.

3) The cleaner is very rude she does not even knock on the foor to enter the room. I was still in bed when she entered! 

4) Receptionist told me to cancel my booking on my booking.com. Now i realize why!

The worst of the worst!!!

They have different apartments in the area not all under the same address. Ee ewre here 2 years ago and thought we can stay for 1 night as the rooms we knew were ok. We got a “room” in different apartment though on the 1st floor right of a building on a busy street. It was very noisy and the room looked like a prison cell. Everything dirty and extremely used. Plus the toom only had space for a bed and a dirty table. Nothing else fit.There were no pictures on booking with this room. I asked them to give us one of the rooms we booked based on the info on booking. They refused so i asked the money back. Their attitude wasn’t at all customer oriented.They gave me the money but i had to cancel the reservation on booking first. This made it impossible to write a review. I did not take pictures as i was in a hurry to get out but i dont recomend it. Better pay 10 euros exta and go to the next hostel. 

Worst experience

All the hotels were full. They gave me a clean very pretty room with good bathroom. In a nice flat for a good price.
It is not a guest house but an airbnb without owner.

So you will not make friends with anybody. No atmosphere. No common area.

They put the price of the sheets on the top of Booking.com which should not be legal. Especially every day...

We should be able to use the washing machine.

The area is great.

No kitchen.



Very clean and nice in the center

The reception staff are friendly and cooperative and the opening hours of the facility are ideal for a day free of luggage to walk around the city in peace.
