B&B Pacheco

We spent a glorious week here.  This place is spotless clean and comfortable.  The hosts made us feel like family and we had a lovely breakfast every morning.  Simone speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful.  The tranquil village of Paceco is ideally located to visit Trapani, Erice, Marsala, etc.  It is a lovely little place where  one can safely walk a few minutes to the supermarket or to the square for a great  sandwich, pizza, or very nice restaurant.

The small town of Paceco has little of interest that is offset by the welcome from Francesco. He is hale and hearty, the life and soul of any party. He may be a bit over the top at times but we loved this. Glass of wine on arrival. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the B&B both nights. The food was cooked by Francesco and his wife Bice. Trapanese spaghetti bolognese, fish cous cous Sicilian, spice mushrooms and potato, meat, cannoli, fish, plenty of wine. For breakfast he asked what we wanted so we got scrambled egg, toast, ham, cheese, salami, fruit bowl, jam, tea and coffee. Good food. 
The meals are a bit hectic and the food was not always hot - but this seems to be common in Sicily. There were 12 of us round a table the first night and just the four of us second night. Francesco picked up the guitar and sang some Sicilian songs - if you can join in and the sing some of your own songs then so much the better.
We had 2 rooms on the first floor. Very nice bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, big en suites. Only hitch was flimsy shower doors. 
Francesco was very generous with the drink both during and after the meals. We parked the car in his driveway - off the road. It is quite hard to find so make sure you get good directions. Cash only - quite common. Wi fi.

I and 3 friends stayed at B&B Pacheco on 3rd to 5th October. Francesco made our stay very pleasant. He was friendly and tried to help with everything we asked. Breakfast was very nice and the room was also nice spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here two nights in all - upon our arrival & departure from the airport - it is minutes away! Francesco is a super host & made us very welcome indeed - he even offered to feed us as we were late in! I found it easier to book with him - at very reasonable rates direct using his email.. he is prompt to reply! pacheco.beb@gmail.com. he is gaining a good command of english!
We literally couldn't thank him enough for his help.. The rooms rivalled some of the 4* hotels we stayed in!
