My husband and I had to book here last minute in order to avoid the bike ride round the Ring of Kerry so we could make it to Portmagee the next morning. Paul Devane of Skellig Cruises recommended Patrick O'Shea's place to us. Especially considering our 11th hour desperation, we got a good room at a decent price. Patrick even stayed up for our 11pm arrival, and made us breakfast himself the next morning for our early departure. Patrick has won many awards for running and his living room is decorated in gold medallions. This B&B is right in the heart of Cahersiveen. You can walk everywhere in the village, including the cathedral just a few buildings away and lots of places to eat. The B&B has about 4 parking spots just in front of it for guests. CONCLUSION: We will stay here again if we ever visit Cahersiveen again. We will recommend this place to friends who visit.
