I recently had the pleasure of staying on a houseboat in Srinagar, Kashmir, and it was an unforgettable experience. 
Kaisar brother was always there to help
The stunning views of Dal Lake, the tranquility of the surroundings, and the warm hospitality of the hosts made my stay truly special.

Very nice house boat with excellent services by the staff and the  owner kaisar bhai very friendly and supportive. Architect of the boat was very good anybody who stays here will enjoy the house boat very much. Food and other servies were very much like Maa k haat ka khana.

The house boat experience was wonderful very friendly and cooperative staff specially Kaiser was very caring. overall an amazing stay.I am going to suggest all friends and family to take this houseboat for there stay in Dal Lake.Overall amazing experience.

We had an amazing and relaxing experience with Mr Abdul Rehman and his team on the Holiday Inn houseboat. The service was excellent, they catered to our every need with timely and delicious breakfast and dinner. The boat was also in a great condition and the views from the balcony were mesmerizing! Highly recommended!

This was the best house boat experience we got. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Washroom were clean . The houseboat has nice ambiance and was very clean and accommodating. The service provided by the staffs were superb. They were very friendly and helpful. A stay worthwhile 

Visited this place for the traditional Kashmiri meal “Wazwan” with the whole family. 2 things stood out - 
1) Food - was excellently prepared and set up. To our surprise it was not spicy at all. Having kids in our group, we were worried that kids may not be able to eat the meal however the meal was absolutely delicious and all kids enjoyed all the dishes. 
2) Hospitality - everyone was so welcoming. They kept serving food on our plates. People were super friendly. 

Next time we might end up staying here. Must visit place.

Well maintained ,rooms and washrooms were neat and clean,, food was freshly made and tasty specially Pohaand above all hospitality was more than we could expect . View from the balcony is awesome in the morning.

Excellent facilities, food is very nice and of very good quality, staff are very cooperative, very spacious rooms, only three rooms hence privacy is also maintained, neat and clean hall and dinning area

Best experience of my first house boat experience😊, staff (Mr. Kaiser & Sami) made us felt really comfortable &  home like… food was really great as well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an excellent stay……………………………:::):):):)
