OYO 378 near Manipal Hospital

Had a good stay in Aira. Rooms were comfortable and the service was good. Food was available in the property but only limited choice was there. They had no provision of Non Vegetarian food. Air-conditioning was barely satisfactory.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at Aira apartments. The room was very well built and had good cleaning.Would love to come back.“The place is located opposite to Leela Palace parking and the lane is quiet. Its walk able distance to a few good restaurants and pubs. Commercial st, Brigade road are not too far and Metro is 2kms away. Staff is cooperative and friendly. It was also value for money.”



1. Clean rooms and bathroom.
2. Decent and well behaved staff.
3. Breakfast was included, good food although. Just need to improve on North Indian dish (e.g I ordered mix veg, but was not as expected).

Nice hotel. Opposite to Leela palace and Manipal Hospital. In close vicinity to Indiranagar. Budget hotel with large and clean rooms. Many good restaurants nearby. Helpful and cordial staff. Recommended for business and leisure travelers as well.


Hotel is very good and the staff is courteous . I had a pleasant stay with my family during Dec 1st week of 2018. Keep up the good work. I would recommend to everyone, it is opp Manipal Hospital.Old airport road

Location is great. Bang opp the Manipal hospital. Booked room via goibibo and check in was smooth. Guys at the reception was very nice. Room was spacious & clean. in house dining option was not there so had to step out for dinner. Also would liek if they would add more options for breakfast meny

The hotel per se is very good, has very comfortable rooms. And it is absolute value for money, especially when one is travelling on work. 

breakfast service is bad. staff are extremely rude. Quantity of breakfast is limited to the first serving, anything additional is chargeable and is told to you you very loudly on your face in front of other guests eating on other tables. After this I never wanted to eat any breakfast at this hotel.

Nice comfy hotel, bad breakfast

It's very average, you will have hot water, bed and the AC. The place was clean but our room didn't have a window. The Internet works only in the lobby, staff is helpful, breakfast was very strange. There was some local porridge. For the second day we had sandwiches with omelette inside. Please don't drink the water they provide in the jar.

Just a place to stay

One of the worst experiences I ever had in bangalore was here. Entire staff is lazy. Hygiene is also not maintained. 

I stayed here for 2 days. One of the day I got fever . I request the management to help me at 11pm but noone was at reception. There was a gaurd to who I requested to get disprin tablet or Dolo fever medicine but he refised to get. I was ready to pay him extra Rs.200 tip to get the medicine then also gaurd refused to get me medicine. 

Worst hotel experience. I was having 101 fever was roaming in a new city at 11:30pm to get myself medicine. 

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Room was suffocating and AC did not work properly. 

This place has done really good marketing on social platform to give a false view of themselves. 

Basics like Bisleri Water was also not here. I had to go down to near by shop to buy myself water. 

Only Plus:
Room was neat.
