For Delhi, it's located on a 'quiet' backstreet. It's hard to find but the limited noise here from Paharganj is worth it when you find the location. The room is very tiny and the bathroom is little more than a shoe cupboard but it's clean enough. The bed sheets had to be changed on arrival as there was some black sediment (from the aircon) and stains. Mattress on the Bed is comfy. You're close to a main road and can escape to all the Delhi attractions from there. The staff are quite noisy and seem to think it's acceptable to shout to each other from different floors - even at 7 in the morning! Air con is extremely powerful, TV channels are good and the wifi is excellent!! You can stream video fine. Didn't try the restaurant but it had a good chai!
