We had such a great time on Lake Balaton and this superb accomodation just made our holiday even better. Booked two rooms for five people and absolutely nothing was a trouble for the owners. The Lake is a comfortable five minutes walk so we went for a swim several times a day. The aircons in the rooms let us sleep through the heatwaves we had this year. We had breakfast serverd to us on the terrace. This place was worth every penny. Our room had a balcony overlooking a nice park. I wish they would accept credit cards. Highly recommend it.

We spent another holiday here and the standard unfortunately dropped a star. Usual issues with the WIFI on arrival, we had the same ancient barely usable WIFI as when we arrived last year. This was fixed by the owner later but we felt uncomfortable that we had to highlight this issue again in 2018. Airconditioning was broken in the second room for most of our stay. This is a solid good place but the service dropped a bit lately so I feel it would be unfair to readers of this website not to mention it.
Lets hope the owner will read this and will resolve these few issues for the next season.

my wife and I loved our short stay at this cozy guesthouse , the lady-owner was there waiting to welcome us, we parked our car inside the gates in front of the garage, it is secured and free of charge. the room is very nice and has A/C , and a well equipped kitchenette, with complementary teas, coffees and the refrigerator has a stock of soft drinks at affordable prices. the wi-fi was good and free of charge. a satellite TV, DVD player. the bathroom is also very good and clean. I just have one comment, the Towels were too small. the room also has a terrace in which we had our breakfast.  our overall experience is positive.    the guesthouse is located 15 minutes drive from  Siofok center. and 10 minuets drive to the ferry boat to Tihany.

The hotel is located near the lake shore gardens of the city. Very cozy, nice and clean. The rooms are well equipped (satellite TV, DVD player, refrigerator, water heater ..) and garden area as well (pool, sauna ..) The "housewife" is very nice. Very easy on the environment. Everyone would highly recommend!
