Manager is really nice and knows English. Let them know you booked from Expedia when arriving. Food was great, people friendly

Welcoming little hostel catering for back packers. Fairly basic set up with kitchen facilities and a nice area to chill outside. Dormitories and showers were pretty minimal but good enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. 

We had a great stay with a group of 10 dutch girls! The owner was a lovely guy who made our stay comfortable. The accommodation is fine and clean. It is located close to all the nice bars in San Pedro. Thank you Rene! 

This hostel was good value for the price, maintaining a quiet atmosphere in the party town of San Pedro! 

The hostel itself was very basic, with rock hard beds. Couldn't fault the staff or cleanliness however, and for the price we would definitely stay here again! 

Also had a lovely dog!

Stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a chilled place with dorms around a big courtyard. Lovely staff, good social space for chatting to other travellers, and a little bar in the evening with a bartender who pours spirits very generously! I think that how lively it gets very much depends on who's staying there at any given time. There's also a 25Q communal dinner some nights, had an excellent ratatouille made by one of the volunteers while I was there. They're also actively eco-friendly which is always cool.

The bathrooms are basic but ok, though having to go outside to get there is kind of awkward at night or in the rain. The whole place becomes pretty muddy when it rains because of the semi-outdoor setting. And it's not the easiest hostel to find! Those are the only downsides for me though, overall really liked it.

They were trying to charge double from what  i was told luckily i had print out the reservation. Also they told us they shut down the lobby at 10 and both days people were ther partying after midnight and our room was next to the front desk. No toiletries in the room. Other than that we had a good view and the staff was friendly.

Great hostel & lovely owner

Nice owners, hard beds!

The owner of the place was pretty friendly. But there was a sewage leak for the whole week we stayed and it smelled like literal sh*t the whole time we were there. It was unpleasent to even be at the hostel. The beds were absolutely aweful. It could be a nice place, but my experience was not so pleasent.
