Recently back from 10 nights in these apartments. You get bedroom and kitchen/living room and a large balcony. Luxurious for Paleochora! Plenty of room and a good view of the church and castle. We were on the ground floor.

Not very good for cooking though. Small cooker that took ages to heat up, and one large wonky frying pan and small saucepans. Did have a kettle though. 

Very clean. In fact the lady came every day to clean, usually when we wanted to have our lunch! Communication only by phone, to a male voice, as the lady does not speak a word of English. Paying our bill took 30mins and 3 phone calls!

Position was fantastic. Easy access to both sides, down alleys of the old town. Just steps from the main street, easy walk from bus station.
Also, expect to phone on arrival as no one will be there.

Large apartment

We recently stayed here for the third time and yet again it was absolutely fantastic. Kristina who along with her husband Panos look after the apartments and are great hosts. Kristina is just so friendly and couldn't be more helpful and was always ready with a laugh and a joke. 
The apartments are in a great location just behind the church and although just a minutes walk from the main street very quiet. 
They are just a short walk to the sea at either side of the beaches and with great value for money our stay really was simply perfect.
So a huge thank you to everyone at the Giorgios for helping us have the perfect holiday in the gorgeous town of Paleochora :-)

Simply Perfect

The apartments building is located on a side street behind the town church. Though it’s almost the center of the town, the apartment was very quiet after 23:30-0:00. We slept with open windows. Our double room on the second floor was large, light with internet and air conditioning included. Huge open terrace was also applied. The hostess - Kristina is very benevolent and helpful. Room service was performed every day with towel changing once in two days. We may highly recommend this apartment. There are only two downsides: absence of a safe box and some issues with parking places. But parking in the center is a general Palaiochora trouble. I recommend to find a parking place on a coast road as close to the apartment as possible. 

Very nice apartments 

We arrived in a 40+ degrees heatwave. There was no-one there to meet us as arranged so I sat down outside while my wife went to a local bar we knew and they contacted the woman who manages the property who said she would arrive in a few minutes. When she did arrive she immediately began to shout at us, first for not being at the bar, where, presumably because she had not listened, she had been to find us, and after that she shouted about us sitting outside somone elses apartment. 
We didn't know it was somone elses apartment, we thought it was ours, and we had to sit somewhere, it was a heatwave and we are both in our late sixties. 
The shouting continued for about twenty minutes during which time I asked her quietly to stop shouting to which she shouted back that it was us were were shouting which was ridiculous and completely untrue.
She eventually left leaving us sitting stunned in the apartment at which point we realised that she had not left any controls for the air con and the place was sweltering in the current heatwave.
Unable to face dealing with the woman again we left and managed to find somewhere else to stay. 
In later discussions with the owner he insisted that the woman manager had left the aircon controls and explained them to us "but we had not understood". Either, one,or probably both of them, are demonstrably inveterate liars.
We have travelled all over Greece, to the most remote of locations on the mainland and on the islands but I have never experienced like this. I can only assume that the heatwave caused the woman, who was very large, to completely lose control and it was one of the most unpleasant ordeals we endured in all our travels.

The worst reception we have ever experienced in forty years of travel

This is the owner who is charming this apartment. We were 4 in the apartment 21. Upper right. The apartment is rudimentary (the price is cheap, 63 euros a night for us 4). For the price c is very good. To have 5 stars, you lack the hot water in the kitchen sink, comfortable protection in the bed, sun protection on the terrace from 6 to 8 pm. Also: 2 transats would be great to rest comfortably on this terrace in the center that gives you a view of the palace, the church, the local life. The treatment is done every day. I repeat, Christina is one of the coolest women in the whole world!

I'm not sure.

Loved our stay in paleochora.  Lovely home with good clean rooms.  Loads of good places to eat nearby.  Some nice beaches you can cycle to with a good cafe and sun beds. Very close to bus stop and ferry to loutrou   Would recommend breakfast  at the buffet place not far from bus station.  Few extras helped e.g washing up liquid etc   Quiet at night although close to the buzz .  Would definitely recommend and would love to go back soon

Great position.  Spotless.  Good kitchen. Comfortable beds

good location,the 2 apartments top floor are big but simple.A big private terrace.Simple kitchen utensils.They don't have a reception,you have to phone before or when you arrive and also phone if you need some help.T.V. has only greek channels and sometimes they disappear. The sheets were too small for the double bed and therefore they don't stay in place.They gave another sheet but don't resolve the problem.
It is situated besides the church and the bells ring also very early. There is also a friendly dog in the neighbours house  that barks when  people of dogs pass by and also when the bells ring.The dog looks good but i never saw someone take the dog for a walk.The dog was always alone i never saw  the owner or a person giving attention to the dog.

big apart. central location

We stayed in this property (found by chance just arriving in Paleochora) for one night. The room was large, clean and well furnished. There was the fridge and the cooking corner. The price is absolutely normal. Very close to the center of the village and with parking along the road in front. I recommend.

Excellent structure

Very well maintained, very clean, in a small two-storey building, beautifully flourished, in the city centre but quite quiet, charming owners.

Good place to stay for a reasonable price.

Excellent price ratio, excellent location in Paleochora, very clean and fragrant surroundings, room wide and well equipped (including hair dryers) with private balcony, friendly, smiling host, always available, highly recommended.
