Hotel receptionist is not helpful. Marina refused to address any questions and ask that i go to their bigger hotel across to figure out bill.Since the hotel rooms are ipma mountain, you get a ride to room with check in but that’s it. That would be ok, except that there’s no in room phone to call reception in case you need something or have a question.The bar was out of tonic and soda both nights and the beer was flat. Breakfast was mediocre.Beach across street in front of blue palace is amazing.Electricity went out twice, which o realize they cannot help, but there was no back up plan, so my daughters bday cake turned to mush.
