Amfi studios bring you joy and most relaxing holiday you ever dreamed of. The owners are magnificent people and Kos Island offers all a family with kids would want from a summer holiday!  We felt like home with Yanni and Daniela Thank you!

I would like to say big "THANK YOU" to really very nice and very kind owners - Yanni and Daniela! Our stay was really super nice, the apartment was the best we have ever had in Greece so far. Very clean, nicely situated only 2-3 mins from the main sand beach. Many bars, restaurants and the south view to Nisiros island. 
Our stay exceeded our expectations as Amfi studios is not 5-star hotel, but it offer so cosy and nice experience that we will come back for sure!

just back from a week at amfi studio.  Daniela and Yannis are lovely hosts. 
our apartment was basic but spotlessly clean. on our last day we asked if we could have a late check out. not only was this no problem, yannis actually took us to the airport!  

The apartments are 2 minute walk away from a supermarket, chemist, taxi rank and all the bars and restaurants.

A big big thank to Daniela and Yannis, the best hosts you can ever imagine. We have felt warmly welcomed and are really happy to have spent the time on Kos at Amfi. Next year, we will spend our vacation again at Amfi. ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Yanni and Daniella were lovely hosts and made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Started the holiday of by trying some of Yannis fresh and delicious watermelon. The air con in the room kept the room nice and cool to sleep in. we couldn't of asked for a more perfect location. Thanks for a fantastic stay and see you again soon.

Yannis and Daniela (the hosts), were simply amazing. 

My family and in-laws traveled to Kos (and Greece) for the first time and needless to say we will be returning. Both my wife and I have traveled internationally for business and stayed in array of 5* hotels but you would be hard pushed to find the level of hospitality, warmth and generosity that Afmi apartment brings to your holiday and equally charming venue. 

Its hard to explain how warm and welcoming Yannis and Daniela are, but for those who have traveled to Amfi apartments, you know what im talking about. 

From the freshly prepared BBQ we shared with Yannis and Daniela, to taking my son to collect fresh vegetables (that we then cooked that evening) and feed their chickens on their separate agriculture pasture.

This really is a place like no other and if your lucky enough to find a space in their over subscribed venue, then book it now!

Wonderfull,,,,the owner and his wife were very accomadating,went out of there way to help.The apart,2 bed was on the ground floor,a bit dark but very private,with a small courtyard,,the cleaning was very good,was never disturbed in any way,and we split the trip to go to kefalos the second week,and  yanni,drove us all the way,not accepting any money,,what a find,,he has lots of ppl go there from all over the world,and not surprising,so if you read this yanni many many thanks for the week with you,it was lovely.

It was a really great stay there! You will hardly find another place with such friendly and helpfull owners! They organized everything for us and we get some delicious melons from their garden. The place is near to the city centre and the beaches but it's also quiet at the night time. We loved it there!

Sometimes you don't have to stay to a luxury hotel to have 5 star service . The owner and his wife welcomed us and treated us like being family or friends . Flexible check in , offered us fresh fruit from they garden and let us stay longer than the usual check out time . The rooms are located in central spot of kardamains but quite alley . Spotless clean , good bedsheets , air condition we had everything we needed for few days in an island . Also extremely reasonable prices . To sum up .. I totally recommend it 

Clean and well equipped rooms, close to bars and harbour but so quiet at night.
Rooms are cleaned daily and the owners are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.
The air conditioning soon brought the room temperature down to a comfortable level.
No pool but there are several you can use within a five minute walk away.
Would definitely stay again.
