Manthos Complex Zante

I had such a good time on my Turtle Island & Keri Caves bout tour that when I return for another great holiday in Zakynthos, I plan to do it all over again. We paid 20 Euros per person and I understand the price tends to vary from 15-20 Euros per person, but we had driven here from Tsilivi where nobody at all was doing Turtle Island tours because it was the end of the season. I figured this was my only chance so was prepared to pay more. I didn't regret it, worth every cent. We started looking for sea turtles but a tremendous thunder & lightning storm came over so our captain decided to head over to Keri Caves where the weather was fine, then head back to Turtle Island when the weather had passed - smart, safe captain. We had a fabulous day of seeing the Keri Caves (see pics), going inside many of them and through keyholes in the cliffs (see pics) which larger boats had to stay on the outside while we went through. At Turtle Island we had a lovely day of swimming in the gorgeous azure water that was warm and calm (see pics), picturesque and one of the best swimming experiences ever. We dried off, got back in the glass bottom boat (see pics) and went searching for sea turtles. We saw 2 and it's surprising just how big they actually are! A perfect day.
