We went to Europa park in family and as other years we found a location in Rust. The flat was clean and large enough, shower is good. This was during October end, the heat was not turned on so some of us were cold in the night. 

We were so displeased with the attitude of the owners. 

The lady first talked to my wife and greeted no one else, even when the kids tried to say "hello how are you" in German as they study the language in school (impossible that she had not noticed). Same attitude on our exit day. 
The gentleman of the house came when we were loading the car spoke with an aggressive tone, very fast and even if I asked in German to speak slower so I could understand, he would not. At the end, he was looking for something he thought was missing, but we found it together. I told him there was no need to talk on that tone, but he wasn't moved, and did not express any regrets for a simple mistake. 

Very unusual for Germany, clearly not a way to receive customers. I usually leave positive comments and tend to focus on what's well, but no matter how I try to look at it, I can't recommend this place.
