The hotel is half way through a refurb so reception and breakfast are in a portacabin.We booked in for 2 nights but the the keycard failed after 24hrs, the aircon didn't work on the second evening either, breakfast was missing basic items like butter

This hotel is the worst of all the hotels I've ever made. The room is too hot and there's an unpleasant smell. It's impossible to open the windows because outside there are people on the outside tables who are barking like fishermen smoking bandages until late. The room was dirty. I got skin irritations from the bed. Q. One electrical camera forced me to take a multi-power bath to charge our phones and cameras.

The worst hotel of my life.

The cleanliness of the room clearly leaves something to be desired (drug bullet hole in the couch, blood and dust on the carpet) and the soundproofing is unsatisfactory.

Running away

We were just looking for a simple hotel for a step on the way to our vacation. What a horror! The rooms (we have 2) are polluted with cold tobacco, the drums have holes (wearing or cigarette holes or mitts...?!). The sanitation staff are on the floor. Moisturizers on the sink and dust on the dry hand! For this price we agree that we won't have the big luxury but a minimum of something clean and healthy! It's 5 o'clock in the morning, white night, if the children weren't with us, I'd like to finish the night in my car. I'm not sure we're going to have breakfast as much cleanliness as you want. It's better to put 30 to 40 more if you want to sleep in the area.

The worst of hotels

We're really dissatisfied with this hotel. What a horror of the suspicious traces on the walls, radiator and bed bars upstairs. A thick dust in the corners of the carpet. A smell of cold tobacco in the room even in the sink water. Toilets with hair on the toilet paper dispenser and disgusting showers. A deplorable hygiene is covid time. And to crown all the unpleasant staff. A real nightmare.

Dissatisfaction

Cleaning leaves you wanting Window glued with dirt Carpet not sucked, pubic hairs in the sheets and on the bed structure Fleas, crumbs on the floor, unmade dust, mined bedding, garbage on the windows outside, unmade beds.

F1 Yzeure

Given the limited occupancy of the hotel due to the covid 19 virus the room was value for money.

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest, and on the direct road further south. Not paying attention to the reservation, I found only the public toilets and showers. Automatically cleaned. I mean, I didn't notice any specific dirt in either the rooms or the common areas. When I arrived around 00:00 I was greeted by a lady who was nice. However, the night was unpleasant for two reasons: - no ventilation except to leave the window open (so noise and light + mosquito): at 04:00 I cracked and opened) - the noise, between rooms, and the services in the locker room... But the small deck is not very low, I'd like to say! So the absence of more than one euro and the price of the bathroom can be emphasized.

30 euros... for a bed, no more

A shame, the carpet was stained from all over we didn't dare stand naked, the blanket wasn't washed and is good for the trash (ripped, hole, smells of cigarettes), smells of cigarettes in the hallways, toilets... urine that stagnated for a good while.....on the floor as well as traces on the wall...dirty Moreover, no baby bed available!!!

It's horrible.

Arriving around 8pm on 13/08 the person at the reception is not smiling limit I bother her, a lot of dust in the room, shower and toilet very dirty, not a lot of choice level breakfast.
