Great hotel , safe parking , lovely rooms , great restaurants in walking distance.

Staff was friendly and helpful.Not alot of restaurant options nearby.

Unacceptable unsecure location. A bunch of people were having a party, the whole hotel was filled with noise, people running around yelling all night long. No emergency number, no info on how to contact anyone inside the room. Nothing. Apparently, when there is a security problem, you are expected to get out of bed, get dressed, get out of the building (!) and use an external emergency phone bolted to the wall on the outside. A disgrace and I am never staying in this chain again. I have asked for a refund.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Very clean hotel, very good reception. Lunch: classic but very average buffet; the wineries don't look like daytime (especially on Monday), the breads and brioches are industrial, very disappointing. Other products like jam or tartar dough are local, but then why industrial honey from unknown origin?!!!

Not bad, but...

Small, clean room. Comfortable bunk. But very low lighting when the bulbs are on. Same in the bathroom. The water jet is also very low. Correct for one night but not longer.

The strict minimum

It is located on the outskirts of Rennes. 10 minutes by car from the hyper-centre. Quiet environment. No reception during the day, entrance via a checkpoint where you type the reservation information. Comfortable room, RAS. Rather competitive breakfast... Amazing attitude on the part of the receptionist present in the late afternoon/evening: She pity us for a call on our personal phone! Original and never seen... This lack of professionalism affects our overall appreciation.

All right for a party-step.

My friend's bathroom didn't have any soap. Nobody at Reception after about 5pm (not ideal when they haven't put soap in the bathroom!), so he couldn't get any, as the staff had already left for the evening when he needed soap the first time. Fortunately, he took a small sanitiser bottle with him to use on the trip, so this became the 'soap substitute' in the bathroom.On arrival at the hotel, the staff seemed to take a long time to book us in. Didn't think we were early but instead, they should have been more prepared with our paperwork..Hotel clean and bed comfortable.

The staff did the job, the hotel was quiet, the bunk was fine, it was a lot of twin beds like what I had asked for, the clean room and the bathroom too, there was strictly necessary but it was very good. It's rather distant, the subway is not very accessible on foot. I hadn't received my secret code to get to the hotel and the room was off the automatic was broken. I made other professional trips to hotels despite the covid, and for breakfast there are other ways to do that you have to reduce to a staff that will serve you and so you follow with a platter, with your individualized portions underneath all the plastic, and lose the autonomy of your industrial client.

Good for a night out on business.

Reservation + PayPal payment (cool). Arrival at the hotel after the parking gate is closed, walking pass OK, access codes are picked up in 5 minutes at the terminal next to the entrance. Spacious parking, monitored by camera. Clean and relatively spacious room for a family of 4 persons. Nice, helpful staff, who take care of their guests during these dark times for breakfast. The products offered at breakfast are of good quality. I will return to one of these four to see a Breton derby at Roazhon Park because it is just 10 feet away!
