We rented the Eucalyptus cottage for two weeks in July. It is supposed to be one of their "prestige villas", located just 400 meters from the beach. The close distance from the sea was the main reason we booked this place. Unfortunately, the distance from the sea is a lie, the house is located 800 meters from the closest beach, a 10 min walk. This was the biggest disappointment as we came with our 3 small kids.
The house is pretty basic, a few points we felt were negative: roof over terrace is made of plastic (see photo), which turns the terrace into a greenhouse making it impossible to have a meal while the sun is out; the garden is run down and there are ants every where, with several anthills on the property; the "dedicated high-speed WiFi" isn't available at all or is of average quality at the best; the car parking of the chalet requires a turn on a steep and narrow path, making it tricky to park (rocks, ditch and neighbouring house to avoid), so you may wish to park somewhere nearby instead.
Overall a disappointment with this property.

Beware of deceiving description

Great place very well located, however really unpleasant manager, aggressive in his way of talking to you, threatening, managed to scare my little boy of 4 years old... if you go there I wish you had no disagreement with this person otherwise it's a crisis of hysteria insured! no questions asked is scary (read the answers given on the other reviews and you will understand who you have to do) If you are a psychologist psychiatrist... that's perfect for you. Family with children: run away!!!! Their neighbors  the black square  bar restaurant library party on Friday and Saturday night music at the bottom of a fireworks and jenque at a jenque place in the morning.

What to Avoid

We spent 5 days in a mini villa in the Bella Vista residence. Super welcome and top-of-the-line services! Everything was perfectly decorated. The view is superb. Well located near the bay and close to the beautiful southern beaches and Porto Vecchio. Provide a car. I recommend :)

Great stay in a villa overlooking the Bay of Santa Giulia

We stayed at this residence last summer and had a really pleasant vacation. The small villas (we were in F3) are very well decorated and integrated into nature. Not on each other as in some places... In any case, we had few screws and the sea view was very good there! Clothes enough and comfortable for a week of relaxation by the sea. However, no worries like I could read from a disco or other evening, we don't have any of it where we were. The residence was rather quiet apart from the parking lot of the vehicles barely anarchic but it must be south! I highly recommend it!!!

It's nice to be with family, to give advice.

Our duplex was big but poorly decorated, the furniture was horrible, there was no pepper salt or even olive oil for cooking more there is a big contrast between the restaurant and the bar the pool where the decor is refined but the prices are super expensive! There are often parties around the pool with super super loud music! I advise the family with children because there is no isolation and we hear the music very loud even the window and shutter.

Badly soundproofed hotel, pool bar, nightclub and mega-class restaurant

We had a good time at the residence this summer as a family. The mini-villas are very nice and well situated. Particular mention is made of respecting the barrier gestures by the residence team and their hospitality and availability on site. We felt very safe, it makes us a little cautious but with the current situation... in any case, Santa Julia Bay is just beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days of vacation a few steps from the metropolis. A good family time in Santa Giulia.

We had a very nice vacation in this residence. the bay of santa giulia is just paradise and this residence is ideally located. I confirm the previous comments here! the villas are clean and well decorated. I recommend.

It's a nice place to relax.

We came back for a summer stay at bellavista and we were again delighted by the place. The beach is really superb and clean ... the mini villas are ideally located near the beach and in a green and flowery setting! But good! We will come back to that, for sure.

Last minute schedule change, an additional 8 year old child has to accompany us, I am asking if a solution is possible, negative feedback from the owner who tells me that it will not be possible under any circumstances and who does not hesitate In the process of trying to collect the entire stay on the CB registered for the booking.. I cancelled in the process before other troubles with this unscrupulous owner, I am for 500€ out of my pocket, I take advantage of it to send him a small refund in the hope that he will fill up with my deposit and the coat of the owner who returns to charge by telling me that he can repay me after another day so I had to ask for a refund but I could even repay my entire stay if I had to repay the loan!

Running away

We were in family and we have enjoy our stay there. Great little sweet house close to the beach, very beautiful beaches arround (My best place for me). Porto Vecchio is a lovely little town where we was all good: no stress, the good way of life! we have to come back there again i think ;)))
