We loved our stay! We are a family of 5 (girls 13,12 and 8) along with grandparents. We had two rooms on the 7th floor and they were perfect for our needs. When I was researching other hotels we likely would have needed 4 rooms to accommodate our group- so the size was important. Location is great and we were able to walk to museums, Notre Dame, restaurants in St Germain. Daily we walked across the street to sit along the Seine. We didn’t have the breakfast as there is a great bakery not far on Rue di Buci. Staff was really helpful with any questions we had/help we needed. Lobby was big comfortable for meeting up to head out for the day. All the things that were important for me - space for everyone, location, good shower, strong WiFi, good hairdryer, solid AC (we were here during 85-90 degree weather). The comments about carpets needing to replaced, paint chipped etc are accurate but in my opinion the pictures posted by the hotel are a pretty accurate reflection.
