The hotel has a lot to offer, it's in a quiet area, with some very pleasant surroundings. The staff are friendly, the food is okay and the room is okay. It's reasonably situated for it to be a good base for visiting the region. 
But here comes the 'but'. 
The hotel needs to re think how the rooms are cleaned. You look a little closer and the rooms or at least my room, was grubby. When you look into the corners of the room you see, gecko droppings and hairs. The wardrobe in the room hadn't been cleaned for sometime. The wardrobe in my room kind of came in two parts. The top part and a bottom open storage bit. The bottom bit of the wardrobe was covered in cobwebs, dusty cobwebs, so they'd clearly been there a while. Now here comes the unpleasant bit. 
I pulled back the main blanket/sheet on the bed to find that the the bedsheets clearly hadn't been cleaned. It's deeply unpleasant finding hairs that clearly didn't belong to me. And we're not talking a couple of even a few hairs. We're talking a lot! so much so that I fanned the sheets as best I could and asked the hotel to change the sheets the next morning (why the next morning, because it was late in the evening that I made my discovery). I don't get the not changing the sheets thing. This wasn't the first place in El Salvador that did this. 

average with a big but

Stayed here for 4 nights in early October, and I'm so glad we did. It's about a 10 minute drive south of Santa Ana, and near Los Naranjos. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and provide plenty of nearby outlets. The shower tub was large enough with really good water pressure and hot water every day. The property is very well kept. They host weddings very frequently (two weddings just during out four days), so they keep everything looking very nice. The restaurant is quite convenient. We ate here a couple nights, with a large menu and delicious food (pupusas!). Nice beer selection, too! The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and was included in the price of the stay. Wifi is available, but only in the restaurant. Free parking onsite, which includes a guarded, gated entry, so we felt very safe. While we stayed here, we drove to Santa Ana, Santa Ana volcano, El Imposible national park, Ruta de las Flores, and even drove up to Honduras to see the Copan ruins. The staff was exceptional - very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation for solo, couples, or family travel.

Fantastic hotel outside Santa Ana, close to many attractions

Excellent facilities, service and restaurant. The stay was very comfortable and peaceful, they had everything needed for a good rest, no air conditioning but due to the climate of the place it was not necessary, it has free wifi, hot water, cable TV and the beds are large and adequate, wherever you look the place is clean. The prices of the stay are similar to those of other hotels in the area but this one outweighs many in facilities, it has green areas, children's play area, large bathrooms and event lounge. Something that could improve is the noise isolation in the rooms, during our stay was not a serious problem. Most of the dishes on your typical menu, offer couples for the night, the coffee that serves the convenience of cooking, which is quite uncomfortable for families, and the service of our small shops can always be resolved with a good attitude.

Excellent facilities, food and service.

I visited the place because I thought the location was nice, when I walked through the place and that was how I was able to visit it and if I thought it was very pleasant the desserts that went so that I arrived is fine, pleasant climate garden with many plants, some unknown others with a great variety, very pleasant atmosphere and in the afternoon the excellent climate.

My colleagues and I had several meetings in the Santa Ana area and didn't want to drive back into San Salvador.  The San Antonio Hotel Boutique was recommended to us and it was a wonderful find.  The grounds are beautiful. Flowering trees and bushes are everywhere and it overlooks a volcano.  The rooms are simple but very clean. The beds are comfortable and the showers are plenty hot.  We had dinner at the hotel and it was outstanding.  Deliciously prepared, friendly wait-staff. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful as well.  If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely come here again.

A wonderful gem outside Santa Ana

The service was very good, very well located near "Ruta de las flores" as well as Santa Ana city.
During my stay the breakfast was included, and the "Desayuno tipico Salvadoreño (Salvadorean typical breakfast)" was delicious.
For the price it was expected A/C, and impeccable cleaness, there is room for improvement on this field

Place full of piece with nice gardens

The hotel is small but very comfortable, the rooms are very comfortable and tidy. The atmosphere is incomparable, very nice gardens. It has party areas and a small chapel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One detail that surprised me and is worthy of mention is that due to pending compromises we had to leave very early in the morning (5 am), as we had already been informed of our departure time, and they had ready breakfast to carry.

An excellent place in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

While being for business in the area I have stayed here several times already. However never had the opportunity to write a review.

The hotel itself is situated on a former coffee plantation which has been reformed. There are up to 10 rooms available for overnight stays and during the weekend the hotel can be crowded with locals for lunch in the garden. The hotel grounds are well maintained and you have a very nice view of the mountains / volcano.

It is a small hotel but with great service. From reception to restaurant to general personnel. All are friendly and willing to help were able.

The hotel has a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. All are a la carte and not included in the price.

Wifi is available both in the restaurant and in the rooms.

Overall this is a nice hotel in the area!

Really nice place!

I came here with three other friends for a nice lunch. The food was really tasty - and the place itself is gorgeous!! There is a great view of the mountains and volcano, bonkers cool trees in the parking lot, and the grounds are beautiful. If looking for a fancier kind of time, it's a great place to go. Also - the burger is HUGE you can split it and both of you will be oh so full.
