Max and Lourdes were amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to help. On booking they sent out additional information regarding tours and Santa Cruz.They were always ready to answer questions or to recommend places.They have even gone to the trouble of making videos to explain how to catch the ferry etc. which is very reassuring when you have no idea what to expect.My room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Fluffy white towels in the bathrooms, daily housekeeping, daily breakfast with freshly made eggs, I didn’t need anything more.Lourdes was very helpful in booking my ferries to other islands which saved me a lot of time.
