Good, clean, well equipped room for family of 5

All the above is fine but what’s best is the location:
Tram stop outside that will take you to the city, metro 5 minutes walk away, which passes local shop for anything you may need so metro is what we used.
Yes people can say the team stop is noisy being outside but at the same time it’s better to have it close than having to walk for ages to the nearest one. ( our room faced on to the stop and the noise was only a problem for the first of six nights as you seen forget about it)
Could do with coffee being available in the room instead of €1 per cup outside of breakfast hours, (flavoured tea bags provided in room)

I would certainly stay here again and wouldn’t even bother looking around, it ticks all the boxes for us.

Very happy

Nice hotel with an international breakfast and plenty. Very convenient with the means: it is 9 minutes walk from the Kobylysi metro station and has the tram stop 17 almost in front of the entrance. It is very clean and with a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Great hotel.

About 15 minutes from the city centre, this small hotel is located. Very well maintained from the outside. Inside it speaks of the charm of the 80s - but well maintained. I was always there during the hot summer - there the room could really have needed air conditioning. Good breakfast - on tasty coffee but it has to be worked hard. So far - so good - until ch would have given the hotel 4 stars here. As you can see, I evaluate the hotel almost 6 months later. Last week I received a ticket from the city of Prague for false parking.

Clean and Quiet

We were here for the first time several years ago and were fascinated. The next time we arrived in Prague, there was no question about the hotel - it was clear that we were going to Excellent.
Amazingly attentive staff, especially the receptionist Zdenka. They all do much more than what they are required to do.
Comfortable rooms in which every little thing is thought out, wonderful breakfast, amazing garden.
Very convenient communication to the city center.
Good parking just there.

Second time but not the last.

The hotel is very close to the tram and subway station which in a few minutes 10/15 will take you to the magnificent city center. The interior parking allows you to leave the car in absolute peace. The rooms are spacious and spacious a bit vintage, but rather clean. The exterior is actually better than the interior, especially considering the furniture and the presence of old fashioned carpet.

Good location.

Wellness room with sauna and hot tub, a few steps down in the basement. Ideal in heat and yet bright. The room is lovingly decorated with cuisine sooo. Seats, gas fireplace, everything there. Bathroom was great. Breakfast at the allotted table simple but sufficient. In the courtyard barbecue and seating. Parking in the enclosed yard is great. Right by the railway, for which tickets are sold at the reception. Line 17 goes straight to the city center and back, class.

Hotel next to a tram line so is noisy. Car park was full but there is plenty of on street parking so I would not pay for parking next time. Breakfast is basic continental. The real issue I have with the hotel is the staff attitude, they make you feel you are imposing on their quiet life rather than them offering a service.

Old fashioned but OK

Old-style hotel, but very cosy and homey. Room No 3 with one double bed and one single bed with comfortable mattress and big pillows. In the room there was conditioner, refrigerator with drinks (for extra fee), TV and sofa. Small, but well equipped bathroom with full set of towels.
Room was cleaned every day. 
Room's windows are on the street side. 
!On the reception are available city transport tickets! Special thanks for this!
Hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from the underground. Nearby is tram and bus stops.
Parking is available on site for extra fee. 
Hotel has its own yards: one for parking, second with small garden and pond with fish.
Breakfast was sufficient: yogurts, toasts, sausages, flakes, vegetables and fruits.
Russian/English speaking Staff was very helpful and supportive.

We booked a room with Booking...and on our arrival they gave us a comfortable, spacious, warm and clean apartment.The hotel is located in Prague 8...but 10 meters away there is the tram stop 17 which takes you to the center in about 15 minutes walk from Ponte Carlo; the reception is selling tickets.The hotel has a comfortable private parking lot, closed by a gate for 6€ a day.

That's great!

It's a very pleasant place; it's a little out of the city centre but the metro is less than 5 minutes' walk away, so all the distances are inevitably shortened if you want to visit the city. The environment is clean and breakfast is rich enough. Near the hotel there are some restaurants, frankly untested, quite busy in the evenings. Positive experience.
