I don't even know how to start, this is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel, it has nothing to envy of other hotels, I am a person who travels constantly, of several hotels that I have been to in Cucuta, Casablanca hotel is the best choice you can make. take. I start with the reception at reception 10/10 in pleasing or helping you with any need you have plus they give you a welcome cocktail( thanks Sandra), the junior room and king suite I give them a 10/10 in cleanliness with a mini bar in case if you want to Eat something at night, the Casa Blanca hotel has two restaurants,360 restaurant, which is on the top floor with an excellent view and cabá, which is next to the pool. Miguel served me there. The attention he gives you is 10/10, like royalty. the pool is very refreshing and very clean. My summary: this 3-star 🌟 hotel has nothing to envy of a 5 star hotel. The attention, service, and cleanliness are everything for me. It's definitely recommended.

All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
