The location of the hostel is close to the centre of the old town but quiet. Here you don't have to pay for 80RMB for the old town entrance except if you wanna go to temple or pagoda or The Gade Gragon Snow mountain. The 4-bed male dorm was very commodious with good sunshine and comfortable beds. Ambience is fine, great helpful staff
