We had a wonderful 5 nights stay at regent with breakfast included each day. From arrival to departure, we were met with kindness. The hotel bell service helped us with our luggages on arrival and departure making my life a lot easier traveling with my 2 year old. I had two different bookings, Mr. Manson from the reception merged our two bookings together and upgraded us to a very beautiful sea view suite (my husband has IHG platinum status). He also arranged a cute breakfast kit upon hearing we had a very early flight on our last day. They even have bed guard rails for us to borrow, must have for cosleeping with children. Everyone were very helpful, Miss Tina helped us resolve some billing issues. The hospitality at this hotel is outstanding. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean, housekeeping came by everyday to tidy up the room and replace towels and water. The view was stunning, made me not want to leave the hotel. The hotel buffet was very good, had decent variety of food, the fruits were very high quality. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the harbor. You can take the star ferry across to the Hong Kong side. There is an elevator to the tsim sa tsui east mrt station a very short walk in front of the hotel. So it's a great hotel to stay if you have children. Only con, is the hotel pool closes very early at sunset so we didn't have a chance to use the pool.
