Super friendly staff. The owner is one super nice guy, we talked a lot even I don't really speak Spanish and his English was very limited. All other staff were friendly as well and generous. They gave us a lot of suggestion on where to go and what to see. Also the owner was really careful and helped us to get colectivo to the bus terminal. Location itself is an advantage, it is close to all the possible transport links and tourist attractions.I definitely would like to recommend to stay in that place!

All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
