Works well for my business meetings in Sudbury

We had a late night check in. Travel with small kids the front desk agent was extremely helpful and checked us in speedy quick. It was muchly appreciated

I liked the drive up to door parking on main floorDid not like the night lighting hard to navigate parking lot and there was some building materials beside the building I liked the check in soft music relaxing atmosphere check in person very professional able to answer questions quick responds when phone front desk

Everything was topnotch for an older property.

The price was affordable compared to most places. Here for kids ringette tournament and needed cheapest commodation. Bed and pillows were very comfortable for a great nights sleep.

We stayed for 2 months work related. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean at all times.

Clean Quiet n Comfortable,,,reasonable rates,My plans changed to try and cancel part of my booking I was told since I booked via expedia I had to contact expedia, the hotel could not do anything for me, My other concern the staff were pleasant , but in interacting with them,,it was difficult to understand their english.

It is a good place with good rooms. Cleanliness was good, although the bathroom was dated but nothing that would keep me from going again.I stayed 3 separate nights and, for the reasonable prices of the rooms, you get a better experience than I would have expected.Nothing was great, but it was “good” across the board.I will stay there again.*Also a nice bar/restaurant attached that was fun (although it closed around 10 or 11).And it’s in a decent area of town, near plenty of food options.

In checking in, I was informed that my room was on the second floor. I never agreed to this as I have a lot of baggage to sort out.  I was then assigned a ground floor room, but informed that the queen size beds on the ground floor were all taken. This was upsetting. I had pre-booked a queen bed weeks before. The young reception desk woman said my only option for a ground floor room was to take a room with twin beds. I became very upset.  A twin bed is only 38 inches wide. She said there was nothing else or take a queen bed upstairs but there is no elevator; just stairs with all of my baggage.Trying hard to remain calm, I asked her to show me a ground floor room with these "twin" beds.  We went to Room 110 to find that the "twin" beds were in fact "double"  beds, being 54 inches wide - much different than her understanding of a twin bed. Under the circumstances and being very tired after a 5 hour drive, I took  Room 110 with the double beds as a compromise, but not happy that booking in advance does not guarantee bed size or being automatically pencilled in for a second floor room.Someone really should inform that reception woman of bed size differences to prevent further altercations and a bad vibe staying at the Rodeway Inn.  Most of the entire issue could have been avoided if she knew the difference between a twin and a double size bed.Returning to the Rodeway Inn, a week later, I was given Room 120 with a queen bed, as promised, however the bathroom smelled of urine.

Great hotel for the price. Room was very updated but bathroom wasn’t as modern. Clean but worn. No elevator and we were at the far end of the hotel with no return access but the front door. Would be nice if they had key swipe re entry for some of those doors. Very quiet even though there were lots of people there

Spent a night here while passing through on a rode trip. Front desk staff was friendly upon check in. Got a room in the second floor and it was clean and comfortable. Something to note is that there isn’t an elevator but that wasn’t an issue for me. Comfortable bed and nice and clean. No noises throughout the night and slept great.

Comfortable stay

My wife had a medical appointment at the Sudbury hospital so we gave this hotel a try based on the good reviews. We weren't disappointed, the room was very cozy and the beds were super comfortable. What made our stay so great was the staff! Bill was super courteous. As my wife is disabled, he called our room to make sure that we lacked nothing. Other staff were very pleasant and eager to make our stay an enjoyable one. If you are looking for a clean reasonably priced room, this is the place for you. We have already made reservations for our next appointment. Thank you to all the staff for the extreme kindness, courtesy and humor.

Great Hotel at a great price

I cannot express enough my gratitude for Bill at the front desk..
I had surgery that day and the highways were closed due to poor condition so I had to spend the night... He went out of his way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. he placed me on the ground floor which made things easier and brought me ice an extra face cloth. 
I'm forever grateful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Will definitely be back

Excellent customer service!

This is an old Motel which has gone through a recent upgrade.   Its still old and funky, but having the TapRoom and the Orient South End restaurants attached sure helped.   The hotel is centrally located and easy to get in and out of by car.  The free breakfast is your typical high carb bagle, cerial, muffin, etc, os that not much to jump up and down about  The staff is very friendly and very helpfull.  Some of the other guests on this trip were quite loud and up hooting and hollering at all hours. I typically sleep with earplugs so that did not bother me much.

Personal Bussiness

As advertised, it’s bern clean and warm; do not expect a rich breakfast, but bagel/muffin, banana/apples, yogourt and couple ready made juice are at your disposition. Service is friendly and Taphouse bar&grill is embedded into the motel 👍10% discount on food (not drinks) is provided gor motel customers.
