I was triple charged for 1 night stay. Only received 1 refund, so now I was double charged. Never stay there. The guy at check in/check out isn't friendly and can't explain anything. Overall satisfaction 0%. 

Triple charged

The room was clearly a smoking room relabeled as a non smoking room. There are cigarette burn marks on the nightstand, burn holes in the bed covering , the smell of  stale cigarette smoke was nauseating. The walls has many spots needing drywall repairs and paint , the curtains have holes in them and are only attached with a couple of hangers . The furniture appears that it hasn’t been updated since the property was built - I’m guessing the 70’s . One plug in to choose plugging in the coffee maker, hair dryer , microwave, or air tiniest air conditioner. The other plug on that wall was for the bar fridge . For the price - I expected a decent but clearly not high end room . It was far below that .

The a/c was at the wall at the end close to the sink blocking the coldness of the temperature.We need to fix the the a/c to make it more colder.There is one outlet that didn’t workCant charge all at the same time.Floor was dirty But all in all its fine

Property looked unsafe. The room was clean enough. Ac was not good. Door locked to ice machine

We arrived at the hotel and first we were given a room with a lady staying there. Second room was a non smoking room that reaked of cigarette smoke   Third room we just put our few items on the table as we were late to go to family meal we had a funeral next day  when we returned later that night we noticed hairs in bathroom pulled sheets back and many hairs and stains on sheets dark buglike item in plastic covered cups unknown stains on ice bucket also large broken window over office that could fall and severely injure someone  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE  Did not receive refund was also reported to Public Health

Starting to look a little rundown on the outside. Couldn’t find the front desk staff till the cleaning lady told us too knock on room 107

We picked this hotel for a one night stopover because of its close location to downtown. 

In general, there are some cosmetic flaws, but not a big deal. The beds were comfortable, however some of the blankets are showing age.

Although the staff were lovely and at no fault of the hotel I struggled with the thin walls and outside entry which meant we could hear everything going on around us. I woke in the night and spent from 1 to 4 am listening to various coming and goings, business dealings, and relationship arguments. The conversations and arguments made me feel a little unsafe.

Upon checking to see if we had packed everything up we did find some items in the drawers that belonged to previous guests. 

I’ll pick somewhere a little quieter next time.
