Hotel Gladiola 1 ex Akacia

Stayed here 6th September for 10 days ... arrived early hours in the morning ... room was lovely and clean 512 over looking the dolphin complex boom boom from 10 am till 6am some mornings... foam party’s and completely like a 18/30 holiday we hardly slept all holiday !l! Rooms were kept clean everyday with new towels beds made toilet rolls etc ... we had left some change on the side maybe about 8 lev and withing an hour of leaving the room and coming back it had disappeared only the cleaner had been in... I had spoke with the housekeeping manager and was told I should of got a safe... 4 a few coins ridicoulous !!! The hotel is not for any English... please do not book if you if you are English infact the whole resort is not en not catered for English .. we never heard one English voice in the whole 10 days just got glared at and so ignorant in the dining room and bar area../ some of the staff in the bars were so friendly some so rude !!! Food is ok tasty but unless I want continental or hot dog sausage n boiled eggs don’t bother !! The lift broke twice whilst we was in it so we used the gladiola star lift and that also broke twice ! I wouldn’t return but I always say try things out for yourself but please it is not an English resort or hotel !
