This is one of the loveliest hotels in Rio! The service is extraordinary. Every single person that works there was exceptionally helpful attentive. In particular Mayra as the concierge was always available and willing to address any needs. Jonathan in the restaurants was lovely and kind and sweet ut the truth is that every single server at the hotel was lovely and attentive. The rooms were modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with tons of fresh fruit and anything you could want. We even had dinner there a few times. And the views from the roof were amazingly beautiful. Overall it was such a wonderful experience.
