It is ideal for business or business travel, it is well located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, you can get a good rest, the bathroom is clean, and in general the hotel is well-ordered, the staff very helpful.

A spectacular hotel, with all the amenities for a holiday or work stay.- Very good location, opposite the bus terminal and a few blocks from downtown, comfortable rooms, excellent staff car and a very good restaurant.

Ideal for a comfortable stadium.

Wasn't expecting much from this hotel as its by a long way the cheapest in town and even cheaper than a hostel for two of us but we were pleasantly surprised!!! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are so friendly and eager to help (even if your Portugese could be better!) and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing price and amazing staff!

Hotel Ritz is both a hotel and a residence for university students, when I visited most of the guests were students from the Federal University of Porto Alegre.

The rooms are very simple, small in size and clean. The staff at reception was friendly and all of them learnt my name while I stayed there.

The Parque Faroupilha and the commercial area of the downtown are located at walking distance downhill.

I'd recommend this hotel for those looking for a calm place to stay while travelling on a budget.

A budget hotel in Porto Alegre

Porto alegre, what a wonderful city.This ritz is a kind of  hostel which the mostly university students are living.Ensuite-Rooms are spacious and airy and clean.In a peaceful residential area but the  location is not centrally, but walking distance to lots of places.Please  make your reservations confirmation many times before coming because they can forget your resevation but finally the honest management will  try to do something for you.Please be warned the best idea is making a confirmed reservation before going to this city.Because, it is not  easy to find a place when you reach.There is no breakfast but there is a good kitchen to prepare all your meals and they have an loundry inside, they can wash and iron your clothes.If you do not need luxury and looking for a clean budget place to sleep for a couple of days,related with their price and clean rooms Ritz is definetely an right adress and worth to go.Unless, If they do not forgot me! I will come again there.
