We made a reservation by phone, asking for an amount of R$100,00/apartment in advance to guarantee the reservation. So we made 2 PIX of R$100,00 from the Bank of Brazil to the CEF having as PIX key the favored CNPJ from the Posada Park Haus de Nova Petropolis. According to my extract from the Bank of Brazil there was no return of the amounts sent. So there is no doubt about the remittance made because we have all the proofs. So at check out we presented the extracts with the remittance of the amount and the owner arrogantly said he did not receive the amount, refusing any dialogue and charging me the amount received.

Family room, parking was tight, there is no security, the ground floor is next to the noisy reception and no sound insulation, there is no cable TV, bad internet and coffee is 3 floors and has to climb stairs, it has no comfort and towels seemed old, to make matters worse I found out that I was paying 30% more expensive than the booking made Balcao, with apologies for internet fees etc, and I had made direct website of the hotel!

Disappointment

The hostel is very well maintained, very well located, rooms are comfortable... the breakfast is varied but not very tasty, the juices are artificial and very bad. It has 3 floors and no elevator, which is a negative point, but from what we saw there is a design installation. It has parking but it is small, but the street is quiet to stop if there are no spaces. The rooms have poor acoustics, it gets very noisy.

Well, with a few points improving.

Everything perfect, fantastic breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, everything wonderful, privileged location, a super attentive family business, we would definitely recommend and when we return to NOVA PETROPOLIS it will be our destination.

That's great.

We stayed in the hostel, very cozy, quiet, with a swing chair, very nice. For breakfast everything very capricious and tasty, homemade bread and many varieties. It is very close to the center and the tourist spots.

Fitted

We stayed only 1 night in this inn (27/11/2021) and we were positively surprised. My family occupied 5 rooms in the inn, all on the ground floor. The inn has a great location and a fantastic breakfast. The inn has clean and large rooms (some with balcony). Attendance from the staff is always solicitous. There was always coffee, tea and snacks available to the guests at the reception. The owner was always present and still had the kindness to allow us to stay with one of the rooms until the end of the afternoon storing our luggage while we walked around the city. If we could stay in the inn for more days, but we had a booked/paid hotel in Gramado. Returning to the region with this inn will be in my routine, as it is a great cost-benefit.

We are frequent travelers to the city and we already know almost every hostel and hotel. This one is very well positioned. Good room, good service, great breakfast. Excellent location, close to everything good in the city, walking to all sides.

Great stay here.

We were amazed by the cleanliness, beauty and detail of the room. For example, the bathroom with very nice design ceramics, both on the walls and on the floor. The bed is very comfortable and large, we had 2 but we had 3 beds. Imperdible the closed balcony with its fully glazed mezzanines so as not to lose sight. The 10-point breakfast, very complete. The serrano ham and the exquisite apple strudel stand out. It has a retreat where very abundant portions are served and the traditional colonial coffee.
