The hostel is well located in the city centre, excellent location, very familiar environment and service, close to several destinations in the city, within 5 km of the maximum you can visit, besides the Pousada there is a restaurant serving typical Italian food.

Family environment

It's the only hotel in the city center, unfortunately lacking competition. A beautiful property that lacks maintenance. A water barely sealing tower, a low pressure (and bad) shower with no very hot shower, very old and bad furniture, bad bathroom door, tube TV and with many showers and a reasonable bed. To finish, a very strong frying smell coming from the restaurant. It was a cloud of frying in the hallway.

We had a problem in the shower that didn't heat up and turned off all the time, running out of water from behind and with problems with the electricity. We reported and the owner insisted on saying that it was hot and everything was normal, since in the apartment next door the water was coming out hot normally. The shower was held by a wire on the ceiling. I said he wouldn't pay for the daily and he threatened to call the police and he went out locking the hotel doors like I was going to run away. Without any idea or good will to solve the problem. Besides, the bed is bad, lack of maintenance in the rooms, with no plugs, coffee drinks, etc. In the middle of the morning.
