Thiany's hostel is very pleasant, both for the attendance of the staff and the mistress. I was very well received. Morning coffee is a delicious experience.

Mother's house

Excellent service at the Thiany Inn in Bento Gonçalves/RS. Excellent location, good cost-benefit ratio, especially for a diverse breakfast and possibly dining in the annex.

The hostess, Mrs. Maria, is super attentive, cares if everything is okay, if it is comfortable. She is a dear one. I was super welcome there. The space is super cozy and comfortable. It has a lot of TVs, sofas, armchairs, Wi-Fi. You can see that in every cantina there is a lot of affection, whimsy and care. I stayed in the part of the hotel and loved it. The spaces have a lot of privacy, they are separate rooms, with a lock, very safe and private. Although the collective bathrooms are very clean, well cared for and organized. The blanket is super thin and coarse. The very comfortable. It is located in the church of St. Benedict, which is a beautiful beach and a beach that is known for being close to the valley. It gives tourists a good way to walk, but it certainly gives you a good way to get back to the city centre (although some can go to the beaches nearby).

I booked a room tonight, when I got here to check in, the hostess said she wouldn't meet me in the dirty shirt, just wanted a room and a bath because I was working.

Poor attendance

The bad stuff is so much that you'd spend days writing. But it's the kind of place that makes you count the time to run out of there! - The toilet bowl was stool-filled (a sign that it wasn't even cleaned for the next customer). - Spotted linen - Dirty floor - Bathroom box water leaks through the entire bathroom - Poorly educated, thick, and no receptivity at all. - Bad-smelling room - Bad breakfast! The dish I went to get a huge strand of hair, the cups that stay in the bar were dusty. The hotel offers a low cost per guest, yes, but the minimum is to offer a clean environment for the customer.

Worse stay!!!

We arrived at the inn around 7:00 p.m., the reception door was closed, the parking lot had a handwritten notice with a phone number to call. A guest saw me at the door and he himself did the receptionist's job, opening up to me and calling the manager. Maria, the manager, is very nice, and that was the only positive point of the stay. The inn has an ugly decoration, it seems to have stopped in time. The parking lot has no spaces for all the guests and it's very narrow. The room was small, some poorly cared for and dirty. The air conditioning was old and it took more than half an hour to warm up, the covers looked like old bread and dirty bread. The room has no fridge and not even an interface to communicate with the reception.

That's too bad!

They put us in a room with the sink, the box and the toilet together in the room, with no door! Since the vase was inside the box! The room was very dirty, so I requested the exchange. They put us reluctantly in another room, with a separate bathroom, but still the accommodation was: - dirty floor - no soap in the bathroom - hair in the sink - no shampoo - no face and hands towel (only a pot with a paper towel) - damaged dryer - axed and repaired clothes - bachelor's locker in a couple's bed (two beds together) - breakfast only until 9 o'clock, with few options and No in a minute's time. - the hosts are not taking care of the pandemic (worker's mask) - the hostel didn't know that a wifi was working without a hostel!

Not recommended

Excellent location, very quiet area and close to the city center. Correct care and very kindness. The individual room is small but comfortable. The cleanliness is generally acceptable, the shared bathroom is always in good condition.

Good accommodation!

It is a small hotel, rooms with little space and old ones, no breakfast, parking, although it has televisions, no cable channels and please is located in a neighborhood close to the gastronomic street and accept pets.

We arrived... fine. The door of the place was closed and we had to call for them to open. We registered and when I asked... breakfast time... so to speak and sold $... I'm sorry. I'm almost sure we paid with breakfast included as the offer says... the case led to calls and explanations... at the end the breakfast didn't run.
