When I booked it, it said that I could pay for the stay on a credit card but when it came to paying the employee demanded cash payment under the claim that on the card she could not give the 13% discount on a tax which we are exempt from because we are foreigners. I ended up having to pay cash for hotel tax which disorganized me because I had little money. After that we stayed in La Paz and Santa Cruz de La Sierra where we paid by card without problems which proves that such a rule does not exist. If you want to receive only money in this must be informed when booking. I was dissatisfied with that.

Good hotel but didn't accept credit card even though the reservation says it did.

Very clean and spacious facilities, the room with a very pleasant view of the lake, watering water with a great fluidity that made the bathroom a delight, a very attentive and cordial staff, well-crafted food and one.

I got caught in Copacabana during Covid19, so I walked all around the town checking out hotels and am beyond happy I got to stay at Hotel Lago Azul.  

I stayed there for a month and could not get enough of the view from the hotel balcony (and room) looking back at one of the prominent hills of the town and sweeping out towards the daily sunset on the horizon. Magical memories.

The staff are from one family. They were really making sure I would be alright during the crisis, offering to get food for me, supplying me with masks and gloves and helping me to arrange documents to get to La Paz eventually. I can't thank them enough, and wish I was still there!

There is a daily breakfast included. The internet was very fast and stable.
It can be cold being the highest lake in the world, but there is heating available and the showers are hot.

You step out the door and the lake is very close, it's one of the few hotels in town being that close to the lakeside.

I know I repeat myself, but this hotel I've known since its initial rental, for a price of 150 Bolo for 2 people, 2 years ago..... 1/ It's well situated that's right. 2/ Not too much parking. 3/ The reception is a bit strict, lacks courtesy. 4/ The room is facing the lake, good view. 5/ The beds are simple, and pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets (blood discovered on the sheets) 6/ The shower is warm, normal for a hotel. 7/ The breakfast is really for 46€ a little radin, an effort to make. 8/ For travelers whose budget is just, it's not recommended. 9/ I recommend it for the view, but for too late, 10 h.

A hotel too expensive, the view is simply the source of the increase.

Very nicely located in front of Lake Titicaca in Copacabana. Very clean, the rooms are comfortable, the shower is spacious and there is a hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel is very nice with cozy common corners on the floors and ground floor.

Volvería is the name of the game.

Very good price-service ratio.The view and location of the hotel allows you to experience the Titicaca experience in a great way.The staff strives to achieve customer satisfaction.To improve, the pressure of the sanitariums.

Muy Buen Hotel is a very good hotel.

The view from most rooms is good and the hotel is nice, but the receptionists are in a bad mood, they don't want to help you in the least and the breakfast is poor.

Nice lake titcaca views. Our room was spacious with a big balcony overlooking Lake Titicaca. The staff are friendly and helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was nice, you get a small plate of scrambled eggs each plus continental breakfast buffet. The only bad thing is our bathroom had a very strong smell unfortunately. They accept credit cards for payment. We also were able to book our bus ticket to La Paz here for 30Bolivian dollars per person

Great lake views

Rooms very nice, beds lovely. Wonderful location overlooking the lakeside. Our visit was made extra special by Jocelyn working in reception who made us feel very welcome! WiFi a bit sketchey, and hot water a bit slow. However, nice enough breakfast. 

Nice stopover to gather ourselves

Very well located hotel with a privileged view of Lake Titicaca, especially at sunset! Spacious and clean room, breakfast with various options and efficient and attentive staff!
