Enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the beautiful bedspread and red sheets. Staff was friendly and wonderful! Room was clean and very comfortable. We had a car and parking was available and easy. The only complaint is that the pool was not open and there was loud construction going on. Didn’t spend a lot of time in room. Would stay here again. Would highly recommend.

If you are doing tours it is literally the best location as they are all right there.  Everything you need is on the street and you have good dining options. Definitely worth the price.

Old hotel,  very basic. Quiet, helpful reception,  refill water bottle dispensers,  coffee & bananas for breakfast a nice touch. Close to restaurants, tours, bus, taxis.

The hotel is in downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient for me as I didn’t rent a car. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The tour company I used, Maya Walk tours, was literally a one minute walk away. Nice clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Small pool to take a dip in on the hot days. No elevator so if you have mobility issues you might keep that in mind. Perfect for my stay.

Excellent beds, best i've ever slept in. If they see this, I wish I knew what brand of bed it is. The restaurant made our anniversary special with flowers and balloons. Great stay!

Maya Bella was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk everywhere, the rooftop pool just steps from our room and the pretty area to relax. Staff was very courteous. Coffee and bananas were provided every morning. We would stay again!

I would recommend this!! There was parking! (you will need a ground guide since it is very tight). The property is well maintained and clean and the AC is strong. The pool was pretty to look at but the best thing about this hotel was free clean water from the water dispenser. Breakfast is just bananas and possibly coffee but there is a coffee shop next door as well as plenty of food options. Wifi was great too! we also had a load of laundry done for roughly $10 USD

I had a really pleasant experience overall. Ended up staying 4 nights. The only thing that was strange was the last night I had very loud pounding on my room door at 1:30 am. I was actually frightened and after the 3rd time I opened the door to find a lady with a staff member who said I wasn’t the right person. She was banging on all of the doors on my floor. To me I can’t believe that was acceptable at that hour, makes me wonder about security. Despite that, I had a nice stay and the hotel staff were sweet and welcoming.

This was my first time in Belize and this property was great! It’s in a perfect location to book tours and experience great food in walking distance. It’s also about a 5min walk away from the bus stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in & check out took less than 3 mins. I would highly recommend this place.

1st time in Belize.

Convenient, comfortable stay in San Ignacio. We had a tricky time with a family member falling ill during our stay on a public holiday. Cesar and team helped find an additional room to help our circumstances as well as guide for a doctor available to help with meds. All very kind, helpful staff, thank you! Ps: lots of conveniently located electrical outlets also a big plus.

I love that the staff had fresh coffee brewed by 5am every morning.  And very good and strong coffee!  When you head out for a tour at 7am you'll thank them every time!The rooftop balconies are amazing for hanging out when you've need a break from your room's AC.A perfect stay!  Thank you Maya Bella!

This was the perfect location for us downtown San Ignacio.   We had a vehicle, so the fact they had a parking lot was a big selling factor for us.   There is only 6 or 7 spots, but we never had to park elsewhere.  There’s coffee made in the morning in the lobby, the option for tea, and fresh bananas which we enjoyed.   Also water stations in the lobby to refill your water bottles.  The hotel is also able to do your laundry if needed and you’re a backpacker like we were. Cost was average compared to other places in the area.  Roof top patio area and pool was a nice area to sit and relax. There’s tons of good restaurants within walking distance.  And several day trip tour businesses just down the street.

I had a spacious room on the second floor, booked 4 nights Sunday to Thursday end of March 2023. Burns avenue was not busy, very quiet, lots of restaurants were not open Sunday and Monday. Very easy to book excursions for Tikal and the Caves directly on Burns Avenue, I recommend booking with Sergio at Explore Inland Tours. Hotel is walking distance from Green Iguana Conservation Project, the chocolate workshop and Maya ruins Cahal Pech (to of the hill).Staff very friendly, pool is always clean and in good condition, great to relax after a hot day. Hotel provides pool towels at reception. Bed and pillows are comfortable, AC works like a charm. Safe area, loved it.

Spacious room and soft bedding.  The location cant be beat since it is right downtown.  The only issue for me was the AC smelled like strong mildew when I turned it on, to the point I had to turn it off so I wouldnt get sick.  I would recommend management schedule the AC unit filters and blowers to be cleaned.  But other than that, it is a decent stay.
